They towed my truck to their shop after a vehicle fire, they were quick to respond to pick up the truck from the fire (happened at night). And the owner and employees were great help and had great customer service. I would use them again.

this family founded and run auto service was excellent. our car had broke down in pembrooke and after calling triple a, steve came shortly after! he was pleasant and friendly and effortlessly drove us back to rochester ny! though not from batavia, i could tell that this business has a great reputation! thank you dickinsons auto services and thank you steve for ride back home!! 10/10 i do recommend!!!

I purchased a 2010 ***** ******** about a week ago. The car seemed great and paid the full asking price of 5,000 dollars to find out they cleared a check engine light for a catalytic converter. Never let me know that they did that and the part alone is $1400.. very poor salesmanship. Never would I feel right selling someone a car knowing there’s that big of an issue… all these people care about is your money beware..
