Complete night and day difference in just one month compared to Spectrum. Internet speeds are faster and more consistent, and there are no strings attached or hidden surprises. If you have the option to switch I would do it in a heart beat. We need to get these guys everywhere! Not to mention the customer service is super fast and incredibly helpful. Michelle solved my issues today within a matter of minutes. 10/10 across the board!

Being one of the first in Batavia to get Empire Access is the best internet move I have ever made. The service is great, the product is better and now it's twice as fast with no charge what more can you ask for.

Didn’t want to give a bad review but they won’t admit their service speed is lacking greatly . Had many issues w certain devices and they kept resetting things and blaming the wireless router or the items I’m using . So to settle it I got spectrum back w same exact plan and 10 days in and flawless yet couldn’t get one day in w their service . It sadly will be a huge lawsuit like time Warner or spectrum dealt w. They went to big to quick and can’t support speeds

Had service for 6 years with them. Absolutely no problems! My kid once ripped the cord out and they came right out to replace it at no charge to me. Only reason I’m getting rid of them is because I’m moving and they don’t have service yet where I will be living. I highly recommend them!

Great service. Internet is fast and reliable. Customer service is fast, friendly, and available. I've never waited longer than a minute to talk to a real person. Very sad to be moving out of their service area.

I am on my first month of service after switching from Spectrum and all I can say so far is I'm absolutely impressed. We get exactly what we pay for and If you are hardwired to your router you'll often see even higher speeds than what you pay for. The guys that did the install were great, quick, and taught us how to handle fiber cable as well as how to get into the router and basically answered any question we have. We switched from Spectrum to Empire and what a world of difference. Spectrum had offered us $75/mo for 50 mbps down 5 up... We get 250 down 50 up for $55* through Empire with the option of getting full Gig internet for $65 which is super super super super tempting. That $55 includes a very nice Airties router with WiFi6 and some awesome stuff like QoS. We haven't had a single drop out this month and the latency when it comes to gaming is phenomenal. I will update this 2 months down the line to let you all know how the service is then, but for now I am a happy customer and I'm hoping it stays this way. Thank you Empire for coming to Batavia and giving us an option that isn't terrible.

I can't express how happy I am with empire service. We have internet though them an it's $55 a month never any surprises on our bill and our connection is always fantastic. When we first moved to Batavia we just signed up for spectrum because we figured that was all that was available out here and we're so happy when we found empire. Definitely would recommend them to anyone considering their internet services.

The 2 guys that did my installation were very knowledgeable,fast, and it was the easiest & fastest installation I have ever seen and I was very impressed and happy and he also educated me on how to take care of the fiber optic line because there is glass inside of it so it is rather delicate but he definitely gave me some good advice and customer service representatives are excellent and I look forward to continuing to be a loyal customer and Empire has Spectrum beat by far and I've only had it for one day??
