The manager and the clerk with short black hair were so helpful and friendly. She signed me up for the rewards club and was so knowledgeable about shoes and what would fit my wide feet. 5 stars.. awesome place to go for shoes.

Love Famous Footwear but not happy at all with my recent e experience. Store is advertising a BOGO sale, yet certain brands declined to participate which is fine. However put up some signs under the brands that aren't! Got to the register to find out Nike and Croc did not participate AND the coupon I had was also not valid for these brands. Super disappointed.
