I ran out of propane on a cold Wednesday morning. I panicked since I ha e little kids. I spoke with customer service, and I was told I will have it in a week. Whatttt? A week! I had gas by Friday. Thank you Ferrellegad!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would.. Since when did it go from a 5 day delivery window to over a 2 week delivery period??? with absolutely NO notice that was changing... Have been waiting over 2 weeks for my tanks to be filled, each time I call the dispatcher is no help and has no explanation for the big jump in delivery wait times.. I do try to plan ahead so as I never run out of propane, however I when plan for a 5 day delivery window and it turns out to be 10+ days, that is out of my control. Here we are in a lake effect snow storm and still have no propane. Thank you Ferrel Gas, but this is absolutely ridiculous and I will be switching in the spring. Be warned if you plan on switching to this company for yourself.

Not happy. Smelled gas and called to report. Was told if they did not find one I would be charged $200.00 plus an hour maintenance charge. Was firm in telling them I smelled gas, but should not be charged. Do they think I am ranking them? I mean seriously. They changed the meter thingy, so they did work on my tank, not at my request. The hey said they are updating all equipment. It’s businesses like this who claim to care, but all they want is to collect money from me a disabled person on a fixed income who relies on HEAP for help with heating. Because of the charges I will not have enough funds to cover next winter. Next time I smell gas I will ignore it, and if an explosion happens, it will be on them.

The service is great from the phone call to the gentleman doing the delivery, they are prompt and care about each individual customer and to boot the price is great. I would recommend your propane needs to ferrellgas !

Thomas Kavanagh doesn’t care about the customer your just another number. Kendra in service is great to do business with. This company isn’t ran professionally and let me run out of fuel twice. Piss poor

What a complete nightmare it has been dealing with this company. They used the wrong size propane line to connect to my house. I was going through an insane amount of propane and they kept denying there was a problem. Upon changing to a new propane company, the technician discovered that they used the wrong size line to connect to my furnace, which likely caused my furnace to die and made it use more propane. Since switching to a new company and new lines, I'm using HALF the propane as in past years. It's been 3 months since switching and I have yet to see a credit for the remaining propane in my tank because they credited my account that I no longer have instead of sending me a check. They take no responsibility for their actions and this can be seen in the cases opened through the better business bureau.

Want the best, Farrell Gas is it! Love the in house staff and how they are always so helpful. The delivery people are equally wonderful. The best place we've ever used and actually feel connected in all ways. They explain things well to my husband.Joy H.

Watch out for their tricks. They will add you automatically to their "platinum plus contract program" without asking you, which results in a $60 fee per year. On top of the fee, it is locking me in for a price of $2.779 for the year, while the open market rate today is $2.671. Also, if you do their "budget billing" program, they will charge you $210 a month even AFTER your bill is paid in full as "that's just how our program works". Their exact words.

My experience with Ferrellgas has been all good. No problems to date and I don't expect any to happen. If someone is wondering should they use Fellellgas for their propane deliveries I would absolutely tell them that they are the company to work with.

We ran out of propane on Thursday. My wife called to have more delivered, we were behind on the bill about $800. We paid the $800 and they said we would have to pay an additional $200 for emergency delivery, or wait til tomorrow (Friday) and not have to pay the fee. We chose to wait. Nikki told my wife she would let them know we were out, and it would be delivered Friday for sure.
