i am sitting here now and they haven’t helped anyone in like ten minutes or offered any explanation on what the problem is or how long the wait will be. When I stood up to ask if the services I needed could be processed the woman who was sitting at her desk doing absolutely nothing the entire time I have been here looked at me like i had two heads for wanting her to do her job and was super rude and condescending. The wait time is completely unacceptable and shows they do not care about their customers time at all. I spoke to the branch manager and asked her if there was a problem and she told me i could go on another branch super rudely and i had to call corporate to complain. horrible service.

Great Bank to get a home mortgage. I have 2 mortgages with them. Just closed within 30 days this month. Everyone helped out to speed up the process. Brandon and Chiquita are very expeditious, knowledgeable, and professional.

This is the WORSE BANK to deal with. You can never get anybody on the phone I’ve called four different numbers and went to the bank and Sheridan Drive and last month I paid with a debit card and now they’re telling me I can’t pay with a debit card and I live in the falls and traveled almost 30 miles to pay the payment and I need somebody to get back to me

Customer service is friendly, but wait times are always long and it's confusing because staff do not always greet you when you walk into the door. Of there was a regular teller, it would make things run more smoothly. When there are multiple people waiting for service it is kind of chaotic with people walking around aimlessly. Very strange layout for a functional bank.

I've been a customer for a few years now, since 5 star bought out first Niagara. I'm not giving 5 stars because I think some bigger national banks have a better website and online banking experience. But, both local branches here in Batavia are great. The staff is extremely helpful. I can call on the phone with a question and have my call answered and problem resolved within minutes. When my debit card was compromised, fraud alert texted me right away and I was able to go to my local branch and get a new debit card immediately, and my money refunded. We have both personal and business checking accounts and a line of credit with five star, and have been happy with it all.
