I’ve been waiting for this location to open so I wouldn’t have to drive to Buffalo or Rochester for a similar type of business. Pleasantly surprised to get an awesome deal that was better than their coupon! Great job guys and as family with 5 cars, we’ll be back!

Just moved a bunch of money to five star and wondering if that was a mistake.
Walked in today at 3:30 or so to move more money over, and in the entire branch was me and one other customer at the counter and 4 employees. One in an empty office, one helping the one customer, and two talking (maybe training?), after walking in (I was not acknowledged, customer service 101) after waiting a few minutes I asked if I could do my transaction at the counter or do I need to see someone in an office? I was told either but to please wait. I said OK can I get an estimate of how long, she said no, it'll be several minutes. I was simply looking for a general idea of 5 minutes or 30 minutes but apparently that was too difficult to predict (even with 4 employees visible and 2 customers) so I left.
Absolutely terrible service in my opinion.

Five star as a whole is a good bank, this location is the worst in the area and is a reflection of the company in a bad way. Customer service is severely lacking here with people working that act like it is an inconvenience to do their jobs. We have had or share of frustrating moments with them. Recently, wife's card was scammed at a local gas station, resulting in canceling of the card. The card machine that typically is able to replace it in an instant was down, so she went back next day when the machine was confirmed repaired and the teller literally said, "We are short-handed right now and I can not do the card." Three people waiting in line, I get that this may not be their priority, but isn't it their job to provide whatever service necessary for the customer. This would include card replacement?! Would it not? Instead, turned my wife away because they were too "busy", didn't say come back later to pick up the card or a best time of day to come back when things may be slower....just blatantly did not want to provide the service needed. It takes 10 minutes to replace a card. 3 minutes of the teller time to initiate it the other 7 for the customer to wait for it to be created by the machine and fill out the paperwork. SO 3 minutes is an inconvenience to the teller?! Where has customer service went these days???!!!! Considering changing banks.

Have been banking here for over 6 years, went to deposit and check and they decided to hold it for a week for no reason. Do yourself a favor and take your money out of your account and leave this bank. Drive thru service is always slow, workers are slow and rude, plus they decide when you can have access to your own money and when you can’t.

Don’t bank here - someone took over $1200 from my moms account to rent an Airbnb across the country and they told her it’s a slim chance she’s getting it back.0 stars. 10/10 don’t recommend.

why keep your money in a bank where the atm never works when you go to get your money thats rightfully Yours ive already pulled out if the dump with everyone else wouldn't wisen up and leave iven3ver had a problem anywhere but here 5th time in 6 months my aunt wasn't able to get her money out xlcuz atm not working again she will be pulling out all her money and going Elswhere soon fix or replace your p.o.s atm anyone who had a 5 star account that leaves and goes Elsewhere ill pay you $500 out of my own pocket to move your money elsewhere

Five star bank is the worst they just charged me for 2 overage fees when money is set to transfer on Thursday’s. But it Transfered on Tuesday when the funds weren’t available. They told me it wasn’t they’re fault even tho it’s a bank issue. I highly recommend choosing a different bank? Where should I do my banking now?
