The newly expanded store has a large selection of clothing. The staff is friendly The store is clean enough, and well marked, but I wish it was a little better organized. The new drive up donation center is very convenient with a covered overhang, so I could avoid going into the store to drop off goods if I want.

Everyone was very nice and helpful!
There was a young gentleman helping back and forth to customers on the floor I noticed and cleaning up doing a lot. The sweet lady at the register was also very pleasant and let me know about return policies and ect.
Keep up the good work Goodwill!!!

The employees here are fantastic and the store is really nice, but the pricing is out of control. Everything is individually priced and most items are $7+ regardless of their condition or brand. Twice I have walked out of this store empty handed due to outrageous pricing. They do a color sale once per week but even with 50% off the items are not worth buying. Today I saw a North Face sweatshirt for $13 that was in horrible condition, covered in pilling, not fit to be donated in the first place. Hollister used sweatpants for $10 that were completely stretched out along the waistline. The racks are so full you can barely look at items. I'm not surprised that the largely stained Carhartt t shirt is still there with a $10 price tag on it. The pricing would need to come down quite a bit before I would consider shopping here again. You'd be better off going to a store with brand new items since you're paying the same price.

As you read prior reviews, please keep in mind that this Goodwill expanded into a much larger space and its grand opening was February 2024. It’s very well organized, spacious and one of the cleanest thrift stores in the area. Their drive through drop-off is a plus! Employees are friendly, respectful and helpful. I do agree that some prices on select items can be a little on the high side but there are plenty of bargains to be found. Please don’t hesitate to visit this store more than once as their stock is constantly changing due to regular donations!

This store is very clean and well-organized. Employees are helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Prices are definitely high, but they do have color of the week sales which is nice if you can find any tags that color. It’s generally not too difficult to find at least a few items that are reasonable each time you visit. The pricing isn’t a this Goodwill specific issue as sadly, most thrift stores are extremely overpriced now.

Cleanest GW I have ever been to! They actually priced their items to sell and to not break the bank. Thank you Good Will!!

Lovely store. Games & Toys were put togther well without misplaced peices. The workers all were helpful and not miserable. The male manager was wonderfully pleasant! The prices are fair, of course always have a few we disagree with but thats fine, and the half off color is REMARKABLY fun! Keep up the good work! Love the new store! Compared to Salvation Army here in Batavia, this Goodwill is wonderful.

Scary how overpriced everything was and when i asked the employee what were the sale colors she told me nothing is on sale since it is the grand opening. I eneded up spending almost $50 on 5 shirts. How was there no sale colors when thrift stores are supposed to be affordable for those who cant afford brand new clothes? I dont think ive ever spent that much money before while thrifting and ive been thrifting for years. Shame on goodwill

I feel sorry for the residents of Batavia, both their thrift stores S.A. And Goodwill are completely costly and outrageously over priced. Or go to the Mall and pay similar prices.
