Batavia Home Depot is definitely a value to the area and not just for the obvious reasons (contractor supply, grills, fixtures, lawn equipment and furniture galore) It's also a fun, friendly place 94% of the time with events, workshops and a all around great staff. Do I know why they sell cute LIVE potted cactus with neon plastic flowers glued onto them? Nope, CAN'T say that I do - But I CAN say that their seasonal selection is second to none, they have insane sales and incredible value for your hard earned dollar. Down side, hate to be a Debbie downer but it goes from one of two extremes every time you vist: 1. You are stuck aimlessly wondering about looking about the aisles for sales associate's to help you that are harder to track down than BigFoot (Seriously, where are they hiding, in the fridges in the appliance section? Cause that's about the ONLY place I HAVEN'T looked yet)... OR 2. You can't go two steps without being asked if you need help (sometimes several times by the same person even when you've assured them that you're alright) or end up getting followed everywhere by an associate failing horribly at looking inconspicuous, which can be a bit unsettling and creepy. Just a thought, be aware and attentive and try for a happy medium in offering customers assistance ? Just a thought...

I stopped at that home depot, a few months back, was going to use my card and get like 5 to 6 thousand dollars worth of building supplies. very rude employee, acted like he did not want to help me. So I walked out... I will go to the one in corning, and if o get treated like that there, I will never shop at another home depot again.

Pretty standard Home Depot, offering all of the home improvement items that you would need for a DIY project. The employees are very friendly and willing to help when you need direction. Good selection of lawn mowers and appliances.

Home Depot is a pretty standard home improvement retail store that offers most everything you need for the do-it-yourselfer. This particular store has always been very good with product selection and customer service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the store is kept very clean and organized. My go -to for home improvement supplies and gardening materials.

Love this store, always have great service. And I love the fact that they honor the military with a discount. We shop there often, especially the garden center.

I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot, they should look into another third party to deliver their appliances or better yet they have that huge store why don't they stock them i ordered my washer and dryer on July the 7th and was told they would deliver on the 15th well there third party company got it in late today the 14th but cant deliver until 22nd. Well i thought an appt that was made would happen, well i guess i should have learned the first time when they did it to me with a refrigerator, Attention Home Depot hire a new third party company because they are making you lose business...

Honestly I loved Kurt in the kitchen department who helped us design our kitchen but had a horrible experience in the door and window department. Even with the help of the manager in this department and an associate I left feeling very slighted. They were rude and unwilling to help answer any questions until I went to the customer service desk and asked for help. I was looking to buy an entry door then roofing and siding but now I'm going to shop elsewhere. I think they need more knowledgable associates in these departments. Especially if they are a "manager." Very disappointed. They just let 10,000 walk out the door and didn't care.

I've always had great experiences here. My husband and I have been coming here for years and have spent a significant amount of money in every major and minor remodel we have done. The only negative experience tonight was when we dealt with Mike in lumber. He was rude and insulting. Not helpful at all. This will definitely deter us from purchasing here again.

Typically I dread going to a large department store like home improvement stores. Being the son of a contractor I find That I run into more issues dealing with teens who do not understand the products. This rings true for most Home Depots I have visited but not here. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I could not go down an aisle without bumping into a representative who politely asked me if they could help me with anything. They were not overbearing just again friendly and helpful. Most stores do not have this level of customer care. Even at the self check out the woman who is there is assist went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Great Job Batavia Home Depot the other stores should come visit yours to learn how its done.
