“From the owners/magement to the cleaning staff everyone has been very professional, polite, curtious and caring. These people work hard to maintain a clean and safe environment. Also, the front desk customer service is outstanding. Excellent free continental breakfast in the morning and coffee throughout the day. Fitness center, business center and on-site laundry is available and high quality facilities. I have had the privilege to have an extended stay here and I count my blessings everyday. When you see the owners jumping right in to help clean and prepare breakfast on top of their many other responsibilities you know expectations are high and the end result is an excellent hotel at a very modest rate. Thank you to the entire staff and owners for everything you do on a daily basis to ensure a positive experience for us customers.

“First off, I love "off the beaten path" places that are on the far-opposite side of the pretentious spectrum. This place is affectionately known by locals as "The Mogadore", which is synonymous with the North Pembroke hamlet where its located. Since I gravitate to dive bar type places, this would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for their very limited menu and cash-only policy. Still, they're a solid 4 starts based on: Cozy atmosphere, friendly-as-can-be service, and their wings are nothing short of awesome (2nd best in county, I'm told!). French fries were darn good, and I also hear their Friday fish-fry is excellent as well. In summary, The Mogadore / North Pembroke Hotel is a local gem that has been around for 50 years or more, and that's because it keeps it simple and focuses on their strengths.”

“My husband and I were in Batavia for a wedding, and we are so glad we chose this hotel. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and so helpful. We had requested extra pillows for medical reasons and they were in the room when we checked in, which was an amazing start to our stay. The room had a microwave, fridge, and everything else that we needed. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious, both hot items and cold items, and the staff did a great job replenishing everything. The property felt very safe. Batavia is a perfect central location if you plan to visit Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Rochester. We will definitely stay at the Fairfield the next time we are in the area!”

“Perfect location on our way home. Just off the highway, prices $50+ cheaper than nearby competitors. No frills, free parking, LG tv, microwave, free WiFi, mini fridge included. Manager pleasant and organized.”

“I enjoyed my stay overall, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The main issue was noise from the room above, with a child jumping and running that made it difficult to relax at times. I would recommend requesting a second-floor room if possible.
The breakfast had room for improvement as well. For guests looking for healthier choices, it would be wonderful to have more fresh fruit and nutritious options in addition to heavier choices like biscuits and gravy.”

“My husband and I wanted to go and see Niagara Falls,Only an hour away. This was a great location stayed for two nights. As far as the hotel goes, you get what you pay for. Yes this hotel is tired. It needs lots of TLC. My husband and I had a very good night sleep.”
