“Top of the headboards need dusted I was told it was 65 a night and I was charged 75 just wondering if she made a mistake or I made a mistake your desk clerk was very sweet and kind the room was comfy the bed was comfy the breakfast was great I will be back thank you very much I do chemo every 3 weeks up there sometimes I look for a place to stay lifting Cancer Center should set up a few rooms for cancer patients to come and stay while they're getting chemo make their life comfortable just a suggestion they rent a corner here in Warsaw the hospital does for doctors and that to come and patience family to stay at the Metro Motel thank you sincerely Debbie Bailey”

“My husband and I were in Batavia for a wedding, and we are so glad we chose this hotel. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and so helpful. We had requested extra pillows for medical reasons and they were in the room when we checked in, which was an amazing start to our stay. The room had a microwave, fridge, and everything else that we needed. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious, both hot items and cold items, and the staff did a great job replenishing everything. The property felt very safe. Batavia is a perfect central location if you plan to visit Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Rochester. We will definitely stay at the Fairfield the next time we are in the area!”

“First off, I love "off the beaten path" places that are on the far-opposite side of the pretentious spectrum. This place is affectionately known by locals as "The Mogadore", which is synonymous with the North Pembroke hamlet where its located. Since I gravitate to dive bar type places, this would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for their very limited menu and cash-only policy. Still, they're a solid 4 starts based on: Cozy atmosphere, friendly-as-can-be service, and their wings are nothing short of awesome (2nd best in county, I'm told!). French fries were darn good, and I also hear their Friday fish-fry is excellent as well. In summary, The Mogadore / North Pembroke Hotel is a local gem that has been around for 50 years or more, and that's because it keeps it simple and focuses on their strengths.”

“Perfect location on our way home. Just off the highway, prices $50+ cheaper than nearby competitors. No frills, free parking, LG tv, microwave, free WiFi, mini fridge included. Manager pleasant and organized.”

“Perfect hotel off I 90 for a place to stay on your roadtrip. Convenient for getting off and sleeping to get right back on in the morning. There was some kind of plant substance on one of the beds but the other was clean. Bathroom was okay. Some hair still in the shower and towels were stained. Breakfast was good and well stocked and the workers were polite. Surprisingly with the highway right there it wasn’t TOO loud. Multiple places for dinner within the town here too”

“Fenil was incredibly kind and polite when a snowstorm made driving with my cat too dangerous. I am glad they accept pets!!! This hotel was a have I desperately needed and the staff were amazing.”
