House O' Laundry provides a clean and efficient laundry service to its customers. The attendants are generally helpful, with one worker described as particularly nice. The dryers are large and effective, allowing clothes to dry quickly and without wrinkles. However, the reviews also mention that some of the employees can be rude, with one customer stating they will not return due to the poor customer service from the majority of the staff. The business is described as mostly clean, but the overall experience seems to be mixed, with the positive aspects of the facility and services being offset by the negative interactions with certain employees.
By far the best Laundromat in Batavia! It’s always clean, the staff is kind, and the owners are present and personable. They have plenty of washers and dryers in various sizes. If you need to do laundry this is the place!! 10/10

Clean place. The attendant was very helpful. Brought my muddy mat carpet for wash and dry. Looks great!

Place is nice and clean; grateful for the ATM, too. Cost for the large load for blankets is $15.50 though, which felt steep since it was a quick wash. Can practically buy a new blanket for that price!
