My car was in and out of service dept in 24 hours. Courtesy vehicle brought me home, and picked me up the next day once my car was repaired. Service counter staff were knowledgeable and kept in touch with me.Surprise car trouble was handled easily and professionally. I love this dealership!

Made an appointment with someone on Thursday to look at a truck & left my name and phone number incase the truck sold before our appointment. My appointment was today 6/27/20 @ 9am. We show up and they tell us the truck has sold. Fuming with anger is an understatement. never got a phone call or voice mail about the truck selling.... Paid a sitter and drove 45 mins. Waste of time. disrespectful and inconsiderate to not call and let us know. I don't t hink I have EVER been this angry. I recommend no one goes to this place.

I had a very pleasurable buying experience. The sales team, namely Eric Gordon, was knowledgeable, polite,and not pushy. I came away with a truck that more than satisfies my needs, and has a few extra bells and whistles. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I can’t believe how rudely I was treated and how they say one thing on the phone and do another .. really upsets me how the manager starts yelling at me because he paid money to detail the car and fix the dings so he won’t honor the online price posted 7 days ago

**** updating to say, it is Monday morning and I just got my car back. We explain the situation and they were happy to vacuum out the broken glass and everything works again like normal. I got a rock put through my back window on my car from a lawnmower. I filed an insurance claim through progressive. Ken Barretts was able to get my car in the very next day, which was wonderful! I drop the car off first thing in the morning, and it was ready to be picked up within the day. I just live around the corner. So it was easy to walk to. When I opened my trunk, I could hear glass shards from the broken window still inside of the door. And some pieces were spilling out. It got to the point where these pieces were jamming the mechanism to keep my back hatch locked. Because it was Saturday (took it in Friday) night by the time I realized it, there was nothing I could do. I did my best to get it to close, but it popped open while driving. Now I have it tapped down, hoping it won't happen on my way to work (I work on sundays.) Very disappointed that they didn't do the job all the way. They got my $50 deductible and paid from the insurance. Will be taking it back on Monday for them to fix. ** always double check your vehicle before you leave any mechanic
