Love the Kohl's store in Batavia! The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. You feel like family. They make you feel welcome and go out of their way to be helpful. The store is clean and bright and the departments are neat, which makes shopping much more enjoyable. Kohl's is truly blessed to have the workers that are there. Thanks to all of you!

Great store, I found all the items that I was looking for to even exchange with an on-line purchase of wrong sizes. Customer Service was very helpful and accommodating.

The associate Kayla is a wonderful asset to the Kohl's team!She was very helpful in getting the Kohl cash correct and so patient . A very kind and helpful young lady! This is the second time she came to our rescue, she also helped me Black Friday! She is a gem in Kayla, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!!
