I had an outstanding experience working with Marchese Computer Products, Inc. for both IT solutions and alarm system installation. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient.
They not only provided excellent IT support but also handled the full installation of a modern alarm system, including cameras and video surveillance. The entire setup was done with great attention to detail, and everything works flawlessly.
Their technicians took the time to explain the system, ensured I was comfortable using it, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The quality of their work and equipment exceeded my expectations.

I brought my laptop here for repairs. I’m a student who has a project due and finals approaching. I spoke with Paul and we mutually agreed it wouldn’t be worth fixing. He offered different solutions and I chose to purchase a refurbished laptop. He transferred all of my files over the same day, and when I informed him my schedule wouldn’t allow me to pick up my laptop before close of business, he made arrangements for pick up after hours. He truly cares about serving his customers and I would recommend anyone to take their electronics to this business. He wasn’t a pushy salesman, but a person who understood my dilemma and went above and beyond to help.

My computer was extremely compromised and techs made great efforts to get it back to working order. In particular, Stephen deserves praise for his patience and efforts. Owner recommended new system in lieu of putting the cost of repair into a Microsoft 10 system that would soon be in danger of future compromise once Microsoft 11 became dominant in October of 2025. Owner and techs looked out for my long term needs and price was reasonable. I appreciate their efforts.
