“I bought a suit from Charles Men's Shop a few years ago and I hadn't worn it since, when I tried it on it needed alterations. My mother passed away and I was desperate for help. Orion was helpful, professional and courteous. He was sympathetic and understanding. Promo season was in full swing and I am sure they had many orders to worry about, but Charles Men's Shop made time for me and my situation. The suit and pants were ready when he said they would be.
