Be on time for your appointment, and you will be out in less than an hour. If you're late, then its a hit or miss (since they have to work you in)

DRIVERS MAKING A DRY VAN PICKUP AT OUR BATAVIA FACILITY: Appointments are required via our BlueJay transportation platform. Drivers must arrive within a 15-minute window from the top of the hour to be considered on-time for the appointment. After that, they will be put into FCFS status.
