Edit review last time I was here four hours and gave one star, now I would change it to 4, but last time still happened, so 3 stars this time. Appt tomorrow morning at 6 am. I checked in, and they are loading me the night before, and I can spend the night on the road coming in, this is nice today

Arrived 11am for 1pm appointment. Got dock right away. Backed in and they were waiting to load me up. Out in 45 mins!! Don’t listen to other reviews. Come 2 hour early they will load u.

Checked in early at 0830 for a 2pm appt on a Friday. Got a dock right away. Loaded within an hour and rolling to Florida by 1000. After reading the reviews I guess it was my lucky day! Thanks!Got Milk!

DRIVERS MAKING A DRY VAN PICKUP AT OUR BATAVIA FACILITY:
Appointments are required via our BlueJay transportation platform. Drivers must arrive within a 15-minute window from the top of the hour to be considered on-time for the appointment.
