I went to this store tonight to purchase some polo shirts for my daughter. When I picked them up, I realized that one had a clearance tag for $1.79 while the others were on sale for $10. When I went to pay I asked with one was clearanced. Instantly the associate started peeling off the tag and said that it must've been from last season. I said, "nope! You can not take off that tag if that's what it's marked!" Shs said, " it won't even ring up at that price at the register!" I said, "then you adjust it!" With that, that clearance tag was already ripped off the tag and in her hand ad if it didn't exist. At that point there were 3 associates standing there, all staring at me as if I had 3 heads, and none of them doing a thing to correct this issue. I said, "I didn't walk around sticking clearance tags on your items! You need to honor that price!" The associate that cashed me out charged me the full price for all 3. I'll be contacting corporate in the morning. Maybe they can come to the store to do some job training 🙄

I never leave Google reviews for big stores and such like old navy but I couldn’t find a place to leave a comment on your website and I just wanted to leave a note about how exceptional the whole team was there this afternoon around 12. Not a ton of shoppers in the store and the women working made it their duty to be on top of clean up and helping the customers that were there. Everyone was so nice and friendly, very personable, amazing with my young kids. It was a breath of fresh air. And to the one employee who took over putting the 15+ shirts and outfits my daughter had thrown in the cart while I wasn’t looking, thank you so much. Yes it’s in your job description but most employees at stores these days go out of their way to almost avoid talking to customers. The customer service at Batavia old navy was outstanding today. (And the sales and selection were great too!)

Items are overpriced and not much of a selection in my size. Never can find any help.

I felt there were enough people working , but there was a line at the register on a week day in the middle of the day.Lots of cute clothing but no camis in store.

Clearance items are more expensive than they have been in the past. Clearance should be reduced more than they are

What can I say. It's a typical Old Navy, mostly geared for a younger customer, but offering some options for graybeards like me, especially a few of the lighter weight cotton tropical shirts. I will keep my eye on it for future sales.
