Over charge for a Latia, and when trying to ask someone they stood in back making all kinds of sighs, oh good lord. Not friendly at all.

Scanned my credit card but the touch screen wouldn't register me touching it. Couldn't cancel the transaction because the cancel button is on the touch screen.

My first Quicklees experience, and it was a very pleasant one. While the inside looks like all the other modern roadside fuel, snack and go places, with the notable exception of a pocket Tim Hortons for java and donuts, the gas station piece is a nice upgrade from the traditional. It is bright and electronic and easy to use. EV charging stations are present and in use. The only downside came from the effect of cold weather on the gas pump touch screens. Although it quicklee accepted my credit card, the level of octane needed wouldn't respond to my fingers touch/push. I had to return inside to ask the cashier for help. She was friendly and recognized the problem as my hands being too dry and cold for the screen to respond. She rubbed her hands against her clothing and tactiled the appropriate part of the screen. The light for the premium grade went on and I was in business. She turned an annoyance into a learning moment with her response and positivity. Now I know. Quicklees has a lot of promise. Of course, having a Timmy's inside every operation is also a good thing.

Fast, clean, and friendly just like the sign says. 4 EV chargers available right off the thruway (but only 3 accessible at a time due to the poor design of this) so this is a go to for me. 1 is a DC fast charger 125kw and the other is a 62kw charger so also pretty fast. Inside is clean. Selection of products is impressive. The cashiers are friendly.

TWICE I have gone to quicklees in Belmont to try to use a gas gift card and TWICE their excuse is "oh I wasn't trained on how to do a gift card so you are gonna have to pay another way." (RUDELY) UNACCEPTABLE!!!! If you can't have staff that can do their job or a transaction then do not have them working alone. Simple as that. Not only were they incapable of doing a should be simple task but they were incredibly rude. They pretty much told me I'm SOL on using this gas card. Absolutely disgusted and will not go here again. ?
