Paying outrageous prices for my internet to not be working ever and god forbid anyone know what there doing to try and fix it. According to them its running correctly when in reality i can be 5 feet from the motem and its still not working.... Freaking unreal im.about to cancel

Why have a sign in when you don't follow it. Never will step foot in there again. Even the lady next to me said you were first and the worker said no he was in here before you when he was not. Such a waste of time trying to go in there. I will go elsewhere.

If you're going there to return equipment save yourself 2 hours out of your life that you'll never get back and go to a UPS store to return. Its free and fast. They will have 6 people on the clock and only 3 helping people. They get some sick joy out of having 20 people in their waiting room looking completely irritated.

Spent over 5 1/2 hrs here for no fault of spectrum, but because the service I was switching from made this near impossible. Blake made, what could have been a horrible experience, absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable. The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 was because his coworker (Mike maybe) helped me toward the end of this, as Blake had another customer he was helping as well, and he decided to make a comment that he “always finishes Blake’s jobs” which ended my experience on an irritating note. The most Mike did was click 3 buttons to reset my trade in to factory settings. Highly recommend you work with Blake if the opportunity is there. You won’t regret it.

Anytime I need to upgrade my phone, I have always had great customer service before, during, and after the transaction. Very nice people to talk to and answered any questions I had about my new phone and the deal I got on it. Thank you guys!

Not a bad place to go if you don’t mind waiting an hour in a half to process two customers, then to have a customer who came in after you and three other customers walk up to the counter and start her transaction.

They got one colored lady that works during the day who is very rude and can't help you with anything because she's a idiot. Every time I go in with anything to get help she's very rude and barks at you saying I can't help you. Why she has a job when she don't know anything about cable, internet or mobile is beyond me.

I live over an hour away. Made my Saturday for 3pm reservation online as per the site suggestion two days prior on Thursday morning. Arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. Discovered there was only one gentleman working…ON A SATURDAY ???…I came in to upgrade my phone because I work Monday through Friday and not able to stay home to wait and sign for delivery. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes because a family of 6 was before me. I completely respected that. However ,apparently another set of people had returned because they were told prior to my arrival that it was going to be an hour and they should come back. I asked what about customers that had registered online, the gentleman said basically he was trying. And honestly I was so frustrated at this point that i left and decided to take the chance and call to upgrade over the phone! Never again! This store was soooooo poorly managed and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for only staffing one person on the weekend!!!!!! I don’t care if the circumstances you call your uppers and follow your change of command. And you know what if the manger is out then that person’s boss shows up! Especially in a populated city and when you’re a national corporation! No excuses!

In general spectrum I've had shoddy service for 2 years got tired of calling every time my service went out without an outage in area I would go without service from at least 8 hours or it would last days. The only reason I am with spectrum is because the dominant this area especially when you rent the only reason they got 1 star is because I could not leave it blank

Had a work order that I did not need seeing I had all the wire hookups from last year, wanted to charge me $65 for service tech to come install. Repeated I did not need service just boxes, rep waived. Service was supposed to be there at 10-11:00, I called at 12 asking where he was. No service order to be found!! Come to find out he was stuck in the mud at campground! Can't give us the boxes because the service call was cancelled when he called in that he was stuck! I'm still trying to figure out what in the world he was doing in the woods where there are NO campers!!!
