It would be nice if the quality matched the large price you charge for service. Instead most days it resembles the moldy mildew on the bottom of my trash can. Thanks this was just a lovely time waiting for my games to stop lagging. You get paid, offer the service you preach about on your commercials or get out of the game and let other companies take over. JEEEEZ

Customer service is horrible. When you try to cancel they put you on hold for ever until you hang up. Its been going on for over a month.

After going to the Spectrum store in Lockport for a new phone and leaving with nothing because they had to ship it to me even though it was in stock (yeah it doesn’t make sense) I decided to go to the Batavia location the following day. Here I was greeted by Justin Williams. After telling him my needs and wanted he quickly got me set up. With a phone in hand this time! Guess what, he never heard of the shipping thing either, imagine. It was quick and easy, he’s the guy to see if you go to this location. Hands down. Thank you Justin.

We have never seen customer service so bad. An elderly couple was waiting to be seen and the man behind the counter just completely humiliated them the whole time and talked to them like he didn't have time for them. We left without any service from them. I didn't realize how bad customer service has gotten. I feel terrible for the older couple that honestly were extremely nice to the employee even after being treated that way. His name tag said Trevor and manager on it.

Very unhappy with their customer service. Was told untruths on multiple visits, the fact that I had to make so many visits at all is frustrating when I should have been able to set it up online, and by the time my internet is finally set up with a technician in a few days it will be over a week since my initial inquiry, not to mention 6 hours of driving back and forth to their store. Zero respect for customers time, and no care at all for the way being jerked back and forth about internet affects my remote work schedule. This is a terrible start to my service with Spectrum.PS what a terrible reply to my review. Don’t lie to customers.

Spectrum should be shut down completely they don't want to service the areas that have no cable running down there road they expect the customer to pay 44,000 dollars just to have the cable to there house they are a terrible company and should be shut down by the fcc for there false guarantees of there service

We went to the store trying to switch 3 lines. The 3rd time we went there we were waiting a long time and an employee attended a new customer just arriving. My wife started to complaint the employee asked us to leave the store. We never have been ever humiliated like this before.

Nothing but touble. I tried to order a phone and was told I would get a better deal if I ordered online so I did. Then 5 days later I was still waiting for my express 2day shipping 2 days I sat on the porch waiting only to get text saying delivery was attempted. Both times I called spectrum and they insisted the phone was being delivered to my home. I verified the address 5x only to have the phones delivered Monday to my ex-husbands adress where I have not lived since last year. Now I still can not set up the phone properly and I can not sit one more day on hold. It is insane what they have put me through.

Scott schlonski made unauthorized changes and accessed my account without permission I reported it too corporate. But DO NOT TRUST him or this location for having such a slim ball work there.

Apparently, no one gets training in customer service. Muti tasking also an unknown concept. No one acknowledged us, made us wait 45 minutes while chatting with another customer whose phone was transferring data. After finally complaining to the "only" clerk our transaction took less than a minute. Another reason they have lost my personal and business accounts. OVERPRICED UNRELIABLE SLOW

I have never been treated the way I was in this store... I was spoken down to and berated by the employee and then when I called the spectrum corporate to get my problem fixed (because the agent said they could fix it but they wouldn't) the employee asked me to leave. The lady on the phone from corporate told me not to leave and the store employee called the cops on me for trespassing. I will never recommend this store or company to anyone and I am thinking of making a higher complaint!

i could write an essay on here, but I’ll keep it short. My family switched over to spectrum yesterday and I have spent a total of almost 4 hours in the store in the past 24 hours. Not to mention another hour on the phone for something they “can’t do anything for me in the store.” Oh and my problem still isn’t fixed. Figure it out.

Can't do there job!!.. and have vital information Givin for an account name change all proper Information Givin to spectrum batavia ny store and yet they did not do there job. And it makes me nervous to trust an employee at store with vital information that was not pressed properly vary disappointing...
