I had the pleasure of having Joy cut my hair on Friday. She asked how l wanted my hair cut, and cut it exactly how l wanted it! She did an awesome job. I was very satisfied and will be returning again!

Worst hair experience I’ve ever had. I’ve always cut my own hair, finally decided to get it cut by a “professional” and I can’t stop crying. Went in to get it fixed by another person but the damage was done. She cut my bangs so badly there no fixing then. $25 including tip for heartbreak and an awful look. Thanks for nothing. Didn’t even get my money back I’m never going here again.

This place does not cut good hair maybe they cut your hair good if you’re like a 60 year old woman but not good at cutting men’s hair.

I've been coming to this location for about a year now. I have had fast and friendly service every time. Joy is awesome and does a great job. The rest of the staff are very personable as well! Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I had Karen she did an awesome job! I told her what l wanted and she did exactly how I asked! I also had my eyebrows done and she did an impeccable job! She is my go 2 person from here on out. I drive from Albion just to have my hair done or eyebrows without a problem, also she is the friendliest hairstylist I've had in years! Thank you so much Karen! You are A-#1!

The staff doesn’t want to serve anyone that comes in after 5 even though they are open until 6. Mens haircuts don’t take too long and the staff is more concerned about their smoke breaks and cleaning up early then taking care of customers.

My 5 year old got a haircut today that she's been excited for for days. Her first haircut she was talking to the hairstylist for a while and really enjoying her time. She loved it so much that she wanted to go back here straight after. This time the hairstylist (Joy) didn't say one word to her except for things like, "put your chin down." My daughter also doesn't know much about death and Joy asked the other two hairstylists who were working (while still cutting my daughter's hair) if they heard that someone died. Then they started talking about the person who died and how sad it was in front of my kid. My daughter was the only customer at this time. There are certain topics you don't talk about in front of kids and I think death might be one of those. My kid has a great memory so I'm just waiting for her to bring it up because she listens to everything. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 was because the actual haircut was alright despite it not being exactly what I asked for. We still liked it.Service: Kids' cuts
