Was Quoted 1 price and billed a wayy higher price. Was told we would save money and ended up paying more. Didn't even pick out our phones. Was handed 2 free phones, great deal, great this and that but got a higher bill than what we were paying before. Totally misguided by the workers. They told us we would save money. Disappointed.

Good luck getting any info on your account, paying your bill in person, or doing anything other than just setting up new service. Also, when you call "customer care" the j*** you around, won't give you the correct info, you won't be able to take your number with you when you leave because they won't give you the transfer pin. They won't forward you to any manager or supervisor. Horrible horrible customer service!

We first dealt with Josue and the manager and nothing seemed too get together they then left after making an account in there name just for Jason to do all the work jason successfully got us transferred over too tmobile with no issues we have too wait on the 2 other phones but no big deal. Thank you Jason for your hard work and dedication!

My husband and I came into the store this past Saturday. We have been Verizon customers since 2009 and over the last few years the service and customer service has deteriorated, so we decided to switch to T-Mobile. Melvin and Josue spent a few hours with us, getting everything switched over and setting up new phones for us. They are definitely an asset to this store/T-Mobile. Their customer service is by far better than we have received at Verizon, and so far we’ve had service in places that we didn’t have with vz.

My wife and i just went to the batavia store and had a great experience there. Melvin and his staff were fantastic and they ended up saving us some money!! We highly recommend them!!

Amazing costumer service, it’s a relief from dealing with Verizon and the Verizon Store across the street.My fiancé, her mother and I switched 4 lines over to T-Mobile. In addition we are getting internet also from T Mobile (dropping Spectrum) and saving more.It was an amazing experience. The store manager Melvin and Jason were amazing with helping with the transition.The savings and costumer service we received was truly amazing !

The assistant manager was great. I sat on the phone with T-Mobile for 3.25 hours with run around then told I'd get call back which I never did. Went into this store he helped in less then a minute and then made sure other steps worked before I left that I did not know you'd need. A+
