The Storage Mall offers a convenient and accessible storage solution, with easy access and use of the available space. However, some tenants have reported minor issues, such as a frozen door lever and puddles during heavy rain. The staff, particularly Christina, the manager at the Batavia, NY location, has been praised for their friendly, caring, and accommodating approach, assisting tenants with rental processes and unit upgrades. Overall, the facility provides fair pricing and a professional, courteous experience, making it a reliable choice for storing belongings.
