Tonawanda Valley FCU is a good credit union with an outstanding group of employees that care about their customers. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is an old school credit union known for having the best rates by far, including the best new car loan rates. The process can be easy and fast. However, the drive thru is noted as being horribly slow. The office is located in the same building as Lawley Insurance and Pathstone, with the drive thru and ATM behind the building.
They have one ATM that is broken as much as it works. They also have no weekend hours. There are so many better options of banks nowadays. Thinking it's time for a change.
