My family exclusively purchases our cars from this specific Toyota dealership (shout out to Leon). Everyone is very friendly and I drive from Buffalo for all my service needs because they've always made me feel comfortable and that they're trustworthy.

Took my 2011 Toyota Land Cruiser Prada, err Gx460 to inspect for the ever common valley plate leak.
They did not even inspect for the valley plate leak because this particular Toyota has never heard of it, even tho there's a TSB on the issue.
Come to find out the tech with a supposed 18 years of experience didn't even know the Lexus GX460 was actually a Toyota Land Cruiser once that was said I knew they never took a look and tried to pawn the issue as a loose upper hose.
This tech then proceeds to rip off the hose with clamp still on breaking the upper part of the radiator in front of me after refusing to acknowledge the common valley plate issue.
This tech also never properly fixed the hose back to the radiator he just ripped off and broke.
It's amazing this service department wasn't aware of the valley plate leak which has a TSB issued for it and 100 webpages stating the ever so common manufacturing defect.
Buyer beware as this service department absolutely has no integrity and just looking for an easy buck.
Thankfully I was smart enough to fix the upper hose otherwise they would have blown my engine
