Great service, gave vehicle an overview and suggested possible additional service needs, but did not over push for me to have it done. I appreciate that. Quick appointment time scheduled, service was done quicky and efficiently. Nice area to wait for vehicle to be serviced. I had oil change and opted in for filters to be changed but the pricer fixes my husband could do. Quality.service, close to home.

I was excited to test drive a used car that is hard to find and drive out from Buffalo No one let us know we’d need to park in the unpaved driveway or the packed lot with new cars, so we were pretty confused for a bit and it made us later than we’d intended. When we found Jason (another gentleman helped us find our way through the service area) he didn’t shake my hand in greeting, and when I came back from the test drive he was clearly most interested in leaving for the day since he didn’t care to ask if there was anything else I might be interested in (the test driven car wasn’t going to work) and just said goodbye without even offering his card. I mean, okay then, I guess I am happy to just leave and not continue to check your inventory for my next purchase. I don’t need anything out of the ordinary but a little common courtesy and some interest in me as a customer would have been nice.

My experience was made easy by my salesperson Sharon Cronnenberg who is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. She also compared leasing options with used vehicle purchase options. She was very up front about all the aspects of the vehicle that I decided to buy, including the CarFacts. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend friends to Toyota of Batavia.

Went in to receive the key fob that wasn’t available when I purchased my new truck and for the 15000 mile service which should include tire rotation. They reminded me I needed a state inspection so they performed that service and I got my newly programmed fob. The service tech decided my tires were wearing evenly so they didn’t rotate my tires as they were supposed to under Toyota care. Can’t wait to see if at 20,000 miles they decide my oil doesn’t look very dirty and will hold off on the free oil change that comes. Typically very happy With Toyota Of Batavia feel they missed the mark a little today
