Wegmans is excellent, TOPS is acceptable considering Wegmans is 20 minutes away and the only local competition is fair at best. Terribly high prices. Mixed experiences with fruits and vegetables; some are OK, the majority of fruits (nectarines, peaches, melons, etc. are under-ripe and don't ripen properly. Would not recommend.

bath ny store won't let u go through a register line if u have more than 15 items. So I have to use self check out for my weekly groceries and stand in line for said self check out for 30 minutes. Cashiers don't have customers. Please explain?

The "Bag and cart" (who thought that was a hood name?) Tops never makes good decisions anyways, the friendly employee collecting carts needs a raise. The store manager and the layout of the store is pure trash.

A lot of maintenance is going on. Didn't really shop, too much of an obstacle course. Got 3 basic items and figured I'd shop elsewhere for the rest.
