Always amazing customer service whether I am in the branch or speaking with someone on the phone. I love using the app and how easy it is to navigate. Highly recommend Community bank for all your banking needs!

Love community bank. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Only 4 stars because they now no longer offer free checking.

Their app is very unstable and will constantly lock you out. Never any help from customer service and most are very rude about it. The bank itself convenient location very inconveniently not open or can't reach customer service on weekends (Saturdays). Switching banks the hassle with this one just isn't worth it.
