This statement is only regarding the person they have managing IRA's. The person who manages these accounts refuses to return phone calls and emails. Most of the time his voicemail is full and you can't leave a message. Which then leaves the bank tellers/manager who want to give good customer service to chase him around like an irresponsible child and hound him repeatedly. It's been 6 weeks and nothing from him. I would not recommend this bank for investment services at all.

I am disabled and I have a special needs trust account set up. It had been relatively easy to get money until my original trustee decided she no longer wanted to do it. Ever since then the ONLY contact person I've had has been a royal pain to get in touch with to get money transferred. I've had to call for several days in a row before finally resorting to calling the branch and asking if he's on vacation or if I may speak with him. That worked for a little while.In the meantime, I still kept receiving letters with the old trustees name on them and I would ask him why the new trustee was not on the account. I have never gotten a clear answer for that but she is not on the account officially as my trustee. Now we are almost 3 years into the old trustee signing off on the account and the new trustee filling out paperwork multiple times with no results! Therefore this account has had no trustee for almost 3 years! Not to mention that he has avoided my phone calls for almost 6 months now! I have not been able to get him to put money into this account and there are bills piling up that come out of the account automatically! I am going to be incurring charges because this man can't do the simple act of answering the phone and then doing his job! I call the branch and nobody seems to want to help me! There have been a couple of tellers that have tried to help but to no avail. Everytime I get told that someone with any kind of title is going to call me back, they never do.I have been physically ill off and on for months and months over this and have had to be put on medication for anxiety over it as well! I've been living off credit cards and can't even make the minimum payments on them. This man is holding my money hostage and getting paid through my trust to do it!My life was completely changed in a matter of hours due to a doctor's neglect, causing me to go from a woman who walked into the hospital with neck and shoulder pain for 18 years, to waking up unable to move anything! My life is hard enough EVERYDAY just to live! Now I can't even get to the piddley amount of money given to me for my "troubles". This is NOT okay! It's illegal!!Do not do any investing through this Bank if you ever want to see your money again! Just a word of advice from someone who's had to learn the hard way.
