Just dumped this company for propane service. They show up to pick up one tank and pick up 3. 2 of which service other addresses without notice. Then they hold them.hostage over a simple 200 bill. Couple that with the fact that they installed both tanks in violation of building code. One tank was litterally touching the house the other was 7 feet from the building and both tanks had exposed copper line sticking up out of the dirt again in violation of local code and at risk of getting hit by a lawnmower etc. I have turned them into code enforcement as well as the state. Oh ya AND they drove across the yard and crushed a septic line. Bottom line run don't walk away from these shady people.

Great customer service and delivery people! They don't let the tank empty. I have a monitor so they know when to fill and that really helps!

We have been using Griffith Energy since 2009 and they have always come when we needed them. When you depend on propane for heating and cooking that is important. We recently smelt the odor of gas, called Griffith and they had someone here in less than a half hour, who found and fixed the problem immediately.

The decades of service we have received from then Griffith Energy, and now Superior Energy, have been a span of great service combined with great prices, all delivered (literally & figuratively) by folks we regard as extended family. From Avery our driver all the way up through the office personnel who manage our accounts to the administrators who pave the way forward in such challenging times! Warmth in winter is not something to leave to those who don't care - and Griffith Energy cares greatly for all those they serve! Thank you!!!
