“I love the staff at Tractor Supply in Bath, NY. I am a regular customer for feed and farm supplies, so most of the staff know me, and all of them are always kind and friendly. One particular staff member who stands out is Chris Jackson. I purchased this tiller attachment and planned to go to the store to pick it up and attach it to the tractor there to make it easier to haul... Well little did I realize that the attachment required a lot of assembly, so this morning 5/8/2026 I went to the Tractor Supply store in Bath NY where they were holding my attachment and thought that all we needed to do was to uncrate it and attach the pto, nope, there was a ton of assembly required, Chris (CJ) went above and beyond, he assembled the parts to the attachment in the warehouse and helped put it onto the tractor for me. He is amazing!
Chris has been very helpful to me in the past as well. A few months ago, my basement flooded, and he directed me to the submersible pumps and gave me the lowdown on which ones worked best, so I could get the best deal and the best item. Just the other day, I was in the store, and, of course, as a small farm owner, I had to get more chickens. He saw me in the parking lot and went out of his way to chat with me about my purchase, which made me smile; he cares about his customers. CJ is a stand-up person. I only know him from the Bath Tractor Supply, but from what I have seen, he is a very hard-working and good-hearted person.”
