This Monroe Servce center got us up and back on the road very quickly after I accidentally drove over a nasty curb at the local Walgreens. I put a hole in the all aluminum oil pan which as you imagine let all of the oil out of my car. I wasn't sure whom to call but since they are open until 7 I was able to find out that they could do the job. We had our car towed first thing at 7:30 and were back on the road by 4. We couldn't be happier.

This is in no way about the employees at this location. Thos is strictly directed at the corperate office. I live in Bath, NY. I have 2 vehicals of my own and a company van that I maintain. I do all my work with your Bath location or I did. I like the technicians, it's convenient and I have always been satisfied with work that was completed. When I went in for my appointment last week and they told me my oil change would be $289.00 I left and I won't be back. That is ridiculous. How do you expect people to pay these prices. I feel you are forcing people to do business elsewhere and you have succeeded with me. I feel really bad for your employees being put in this situation. You are prime example that corperate America doesn't care about their customers.

My sister blew a tire on the highway, it took 2hrs to find a tire shop that had her tires and anothwr hour to get towed there. She got to the tire place 5mins before they closed. They replaced her 2 tires and were great about it. They could see how grateful we were and they were amazing.. I would recommend them to anyone I know.. awesome attitude guys.. thank you so much

Apparently no reason to make appointments here, they dont honor them. I was treated like a qalk in and lied to so this lazy guy could take work off his plate. Definitely one of the worst places I've been in. Made an appointment showed up after taking the time off of work. And immediately the guy who is dressed in regular clothes ( I thought it was another customer) days it's gonna be awhile after verifying my appointment. Says two ppl are ahead of me and it'll take atleast an hour to do a state inspection. So i told him thats why i made an appointment so i wasnt walking in. Plus it only took maybe 15 minutes the last time i came to this exact place. But regardless I just said no biggie the place is a dump and if that's how they treat ppl that make appointments then I don't have an issue taking my business elsewhere...

Scott and his helper were great. We were on our way to Florida and had an oil leak. They found the issue and fixed it right away! Great customer service!

Scott Raish and Ryan Degraw like to charge for courtesy inspections and add it on the bill calling it a scheduled maintenance package, all you idiots did was look at my car not a maintenance done… won’t ever trust this company or men period…

Easy to make your appointment online because times available are shown and you just pick one. I always get in and get out of I'm not just dropping my car off when I make an appointment this way.
