“I started service with them a couple years ago, and had a good experience getting set up, and the autopay system worked great. I used them for quite awhile while I renovated and through my move. The unit was in a spot off the main road just out of town so I felt safe storing items there. I had only one issue and they handled it wonderfully. There was a hiccup in communication at moveout when they were switching phone systems, and my moveout didnt get logged, leading to a past due invoice being sent to me. I informed them of the situation and Selena and Shannon fixed the issue extremely quickly and were extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anybody locally looking to store things, whether to avoid clutter, while moving, or while renovating.”
