Dr sent in script on a Monday...still wasn't filled on Saturday. When they finally got it filled, it wasn't even the right script from the right Dr. I realize they are very busy with the new customers but I need the correct script.

It would be nice if the new hours we posted on the internet. I wouldn't think it would be difficult to update when the hours changed

The shopping was fine. But at the self checkout there was a younger woman working. And as she walked she had a consistent spray of air freshener she would spray behind her where I am sure she thought no one could see. It has been almost 2 hours and I still have hives. And my throught and lungs are itchy and irritated. If you have allergies maybe play it safe and stay away from here.

Stopped in on a Monday about3:30 pm and there were plastic bags missing from multiple holders. Pastries were mostly gone. There are so many items stacked in the aisles, it's hard to navigate. Veggies in the produce section did not look fresh. However, when I checked out the African American gentleman was very accommodating and gave me excellent service.

Ridiculously slow service always takes 1-2 hours to fill a prescription after they have received it from the doctor.

I like that Tops is bringing in more vegan selections. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Three stars because Bath is a depressed village and the prices at Tops are way to high for the local economy.

Your Bath, NY Pharmacists are horrifically rude. That man has taken it upon himself to rewrite the laws of the state of New York by making individuals with prescriptions for controlled substances wait 30 to 31 days from the date of their last prescription to give them the doctor prescribed refill, no matter how inconvenient to the customer. The customers are made to feel like criminals and suffer prejudicial treatment due the types of medication they are on. The pharmacists even refused to abide by the wishes of the prescribing doctor when concern prompted the doctor to personally call and instruct them to follow his orders. They did not. Caution is one thing but obsessive control, private agenda and imagined conspiracies of illegality are another. My personal physician thought them insane and I, along with others, could hardly wait to switch pharmacies, where we miraculously no longer encounter the horrible treatment we endured at this Tops Pharmacy. With attitudes like your Bath, NY pharmacists one can only hope that in the future there will not be the business for it to remain open.
