We recently purchased a new grill from the Bath store and we were assisted by Matthew and Chantal. They were both amazing and helpful in getting the grill delivered to our home the same day and also assisted in getting another matching grill purchased and delivered from the Painted Post store. It is always a welcome treat when you get great customer service and they were both great, especially Matthew. Thank you TS!!!

I went to have my rv filled with propane. The worker said he could not fill the propane unless he could turn off the pilot light. He insisted that if I have ANY appliance that burns propane, then I have a pilot. Each has an electric start, NOT pilots. I explained this over and over along with telling him that I turned off the house batteries and closed the propane valve. He even read the "pilot" section on the hot water heater, which indicated to turn off the house batteries. . He still wouldn't fill the propane saying we all " would die." I finally stopped trying to reason with him and went to the Danville Tractor Supply, where I had NO issues getting propane. This is the only TSC that wouldn't fill propane on my 2017 RV.
