  Ordered pictures online and picked them up here. The pictures were done quickly and the associate who waited on me was pleasant. When we got home, we realized that a piece of one of the frames we ordered was missing. My husband stopped by the next day and they got him the missing piece with no problem.

  So today I walked into this store located in Bath NY, to get sunglasses. Because my prescription sunglasses broke, I needed to replace them with a temporary pair of inexpensive sunglasses. So I went to Walgreens to find sunglasses that would be suitable for the occasion. It is the memorial weekend, and I need something nice. So Walgreens does have $20 dollar glasses ?️ that fit right. I can't say the same for the cashier. She was rude and disrespectful to me. When I purchased the glasses ?️, I needed to wipe the dust off of them. So I asked the cashier for a paper towel, but it was such a big deal for her to assist me... walking away and commenting with sarcasm and being disrespectful!! ? And because of this experience, I will never shop at Walmart again! Ohh, most important that it was 1:00 noon time.

  Stopped in here on a fourth of July road trip. I needed some snacks and to use the restroom. Unlike Rite Aid, Walgreens welcomes it's customers to use their bathroom if they need. I bought some cheese balls and honey roasted almonds. Delishious. The store was clean and well lit. The cashier was polite.and helpful.

  The manager needs some people skills. I ordered Canvas prints as well as some PDF prints. ALL had errors within them...which I understand can happen. Her response, however, was...'well, we just get these from your online order and hit print so there's nothing we can do'. To resolve one of the issues I requested a simple 25 sheets of the same paper so I can print at home to replace the erroneous pages. She said, 'you'll have to buy a whole packet which is like $40.'Management is there for a paycheck only. Disappointing.

  Everything in the store is super expensive even for something as simple as a bottle of water. It's much cheaper to go to a different store such as Save A Lot.

  Have been using them as our pharmacy now for over 6 years and we're done. It has been very frustrating trying to get prescriptions filled over the last several months. Nothing is ever ready when it supposed to be and then you're told to wait a hour. After having to make a second trip for this last prescription, we'll be going elsewhere.

  Asked for a bag for alot of stuff we bought..Was told they had no bags anymore. We turned around and by another register was a brown bag that he ( guy with dark hair and glasses) wouldn't use..made us carry everything by our arms and hands. Won't shop there again.

  When I called Walgreens was very hard to get a customer service it kept going through in English and Spanish it didn't give you the option of either English or Spanish so I had to listen to the whole thing finally after about 5 minutes of the automated person I was able to speak to a real person and then it went mostly well but I much rather get my drugs prescriptions from Walmart I wish they would be in the plan again for WellCare

  After a nightmare in Corning's Rite Aid, where no one knew what to do (Walgreens was closed). I went to Walgreens in Bath today and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I'm not the most technical person, so I asked for help. The two woman that helped me get prints of my Grandaughter were very knowledgeable and helpful. The Bath Walgreens is a great place to do my shopping. Thank you.
