The morning lady behind the counter and the manager are both arrogant, nasty and change prices on a whim. This is not the first time that my experience is negative....it does not cost anything to be nice.....they should learn how to treat customers.

So rude my daughter had a free 7-eleven coffee coupon and didnt want to except it. I wander if 7-Eleven cooperation knows about that? Why make the coupon if you dont except it.

This is the worst 711 of all time. They leave the hot food rancid and burned in the warmers all day. Don’t even bother to throw it away. And they close whenever they want. They finally put a sign on the door posting their new hours,( which is ridiculous because 711 should be open 24 hours), but the guy won’t even adhere to those anymore. Locks the doors a half hour or more before the posted closing time and then just refuses to acknowledge anyone at the door while he mops. I won’t go here again. Super inconvenient as it’s right down the road from my house.

I tried to cash in a scratch off I found in the store that was a winner and I told the cashier I found it (the older dude). He says it’s already been cashed and called me a thief. I love 7-11 but that was just disrespectful and uncalled for. Never going to that one ever again .

711 has been around for as long as I can remember. It's that convience store that has basically anything you are looking for, which is surprising for the size of the 711's, but whatever you may have need or forgot to buy, stop by any 711, and I guarantee they carry it.

I buy coffe everyday from the 7-11 in Bayshore on Howells rd and I usually check out with a young lady named Bony. She is always in a good mood pleasant and takes the time to ask me how my day is. It’s the little things that make a difference and she is a pleasure every time I go in

Dirtiest 7 Eleven I’ve been to. Flies, roaches, messy.I went straight to the coffee area and was immediately disgusted by all the mess but was not repulsed until I went to get a hot chocolate and saw a small cockroach run to the crack by the sink, passed by the trays and the drink trays have coffee spills on them and flies crawling around. Walked out with just a water bottle and sealed bag of chips, never coming back here again. Had to make sure not even my clothes were brushing on anything as I walked by.

I go to many 7-11's and this is one of the worst. Despite being one of the newer locations, this store is consistently dirty, unorganized and poorly stocked. I only go here out of desperation if I'm in the area. After yesterday, I will never set foot in there ever again. I had ordered Chinese food at the restaurant in the Mulberry Street shopping center and figured while I waited, I could get something to drink and cash in a winning scratch off. I went in and it was filthy as usual. I got a Big Gulp and grabbed two packages of their chocolate chunk cookies at the register. After paying, I handed the cashier the scratch off. It was a $4.00 winner. That store only has the Lotto vending machine, so I went over to it and put $1.00 in, planning to get two $2.00 tickets. The dollar went in, but didn't register. That's when I noticed there was an "out of order" sign, on the SIDE of the machine, not immediately visible. I call over to the cashier and tell him the machine ate my dollar. He yells back that he has nothing to do with that machine. I tell him the machine is in his store, it took my dollar, could he give me a dollar back. He says it's not his problem. I continue to ask for my money stating it's not right for me to just accept losing money when it's the fault of the store. He goes over to his colleague, speaking another language. The second man comes over and says they don't control the machines. I explain that I'm aware they belong to NYS Lottery, but they should give me the dollar (it now a matter of principle). He says if I give him my number, they'll contact me the following morning when a representative comes to collect the money inside. I say I shouldn't have to go all the way back there for a dollar and to give me a dollar and then reimburse themselves when the machine is emptied. They say they can't do that, it will throw off their receipt totals. They are not the least bit friendly or accommodating, actually bordering on rude. I relent and say fine, I'll give you my number. I go up to the register and ask if I can just get a $1.00 package of cookies. He grabs a package of sugar cookies and tosses it over, grumbling. I say I want chocolate chunk, like I bought and he actually says to me, "You can go now". I can't believe his attitude, like he's doing me a favor and now I'm being dismissed. Never again will I be a patron of this pig pen with the incredibly rude staff.
