Took my 21 acura tlx a spec for a oil change that is free during the lease, my son changed the cabin air filter this morning before taking the car to acura. Also they said that the brake fluid had to be replaced for 229. So I was good with it but then they said they had to replace the cabin air filter also. I told them that my son replaced it this morning and they told me that then they have to charge me for the oil change and rotation because I won't have them do the cabin air filter they said that we get free oil changes because we bring the car there for other services. I bought 3 vehicles from this dealership plus 3 of my friends and my cousin also bought vehicles from them and they know that I sent them to my salesman. I asked them if they could do the oil change and brake fluid replacement without the cabin filter for me as a long time customer and they refused so I spoke with the general manager and he knows me and everyone who has done business because of my friends and me from telling them that they take care of their customers. But he also refused to help me out even when I told him that my daughter's cadillac was going off lease and she wants the rdx a spec within 3 months. And it's not about just paying for the oil change its about all the business that I have sent to them and the vehicles I took from them also. They are willing to lose a customer who already took 3 vehicles plus looking to get another one plus the tlx is going to be returned within 7 months for another one for my son. And they would rather lose all the business over an oil change. That shows everyone just how much this dealership has turned from a great place to buy and service your car to I will never buy anything from them and will never recommend them to anyone. Guess they don't need customers who are loyal to them and just don't care about their return business anymore. So be careful when dealing with this dealership because they went from a great dealership to one that doesn't care if you ever buy another vehicle from them over a 100 oil change because they wanted 50 dollars for a cabin air filter that was brand new. Unfortunately it has to be this way but if they don't care about your business why would you care about buying anything from them

what a joke this store is. they are wildly over priced. they tell you that certain rebates don't exist when they do like veterans discount. mr hey said we haven't don't that in many years. funny cause i got it on my acura from wantagh less than 3 years ago. Don't trust the people i this place.

Terrible! Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else ... waste of time and energy - this dealership and even worse service department do not care about ur car or your time.

I just leased my fourth car at this dealer. I was misled about what the down payment included. As we had a bug infestation in the car it took almost three hours to finally get to do the paperwork. They rushed me through that and when I realized afterwards that the paperwork I got when I ordered the car differed from the closing amount. They promised to make me whole which I am still waiting for, but am losing hope that they will do as promised. Should they surprise me I will revise my review. Only positive was my salesman who was helpful and cared about my problem. Maybe there are new owners or new managers but this does not seem like the place I have been dealing with the past 9 years.

Horrible dealership!!!! They are a rip off. The service department will try to get all your money while doing a piss poor job at "fixing" your car. The service manager doesn't even check over the work. They won't acknowledge recalls on my car and they refuse to accommodate me after they fixed my car once and the issue persisted the following day of pickup. They even let me know that Acura had politic issues. Meaning if you get your car from one dealership, the others won't treat you well!! I will never return to Acura and I will not recommend this brand to anyone. Reconsider your car choice...and your dealership choice.

Went to pick up the car I was going to purchase from them this afternoon, but unfortunately the finance manager tried to raise the agreed upon percentage rate by over 4 percent. When speaking with the general manager, he was unwilling to compensate us for THEIR mistake. Completely frustrating since I already changed the insurance over as well as scraping the registration off the windshield. Disappointed because I was looking forward to owning my first car. Very frustrating experience there. I would NOT recommend this dealership if you want things done correctly and fairly.

I'm very happy with Acura in Bayshore.I live far just to get to bayshore and it's worthwhile driving here to service my car.Most of all the customer service and their technicians are really nice even tho it's was their time to go lunch but instead technician start to work on my MDX.I'm very pleased of the service and professionalism.

This dealership will try to rip you off anyway they can. I had an appointment yesterday regarding a Acura Integra base model 2023 sat down with one of the representatives (forgot his name). Upon sitting down this person was extremely rude when it came to negotiating. I did not feel comfortable talking to this person. At first he tried to rip me off saying that the lease offer they were willing to give me was $575 a month 36 months for a base model with a sticker price of $32,390. Immediately I shut him down when I pulled up the offer I was getting if I was to buy the car online which was for $484 a month 36 months. After this, he decided to come to amends with me regarding this price. Once that was over, we were talking about the down payment I would like to put for this car ; i qualified for a rebate which was since I graduated college within a 2 year range therefore I was getting a $500 discount applied to my down payment. This rep told me that the incentive was taxable he stated "we live in new york, everything is taxable here" laughing it off. I immediately looked up on google if incentives/rebates are taxable and saw that they weren't. I was furious at this point. The rep tried charging an extra $198.04. He then said "oh really I didn't know that, let me talk to my boss". At this point, once I experienced that I did not feel comfortable buying this car from this dealer so I walked away. I decided to go to another dealer called Rallye Acura where I was treated with the respect and comfort a customer should be. I made a deal there with an amazing gentleman by the name of Fred. If you are reading this review do not go to this dealership! They will try to rip you off! Attached is the picture of what my "down payment" was to look like. The 198.08 was the "tax on the rebate".

Exceptional service! My husband and I purchased a pre-owned RDX a few years ago (amazing experience, no salesman pushing cars here). Integrity comes first at this establishment. Fast forward, we just brought her in for a "check up" . We cannot say how grateful we are to have purchased here. From Jim, the service manager (you are the best) , John, the mechanic that serviced the car, she runs beautifully, thank you!And to everyone on the staff, courteous professional and service with a smile, how refreshing!If you are looking to buy an Acura, this location and staff have raised the bar.Stop in, you will not be sorry!
