RACIAL PROFILING!!!!!!!!! Me and friend went into the store right before our shift like we always do. As we were walking, looking around 2 security guards come in and start just following us. Just to make sure they were following I moved a couple times to see if they would do the same and yes they did. Before when we walked in the manager greeted us and kept looking and even after we greeted back. That’s when the security pulled up. We walked out and waited near the store and they followed right out.

At the store you can ask staff to find clothes your size. If your comfortable you can ask them for their opinion and see what they think. Their so nice and the actually care for their customers. I found that all the clothes are VERY HIGH QUALITY and pretty cheap. They have a wide variety of clothing for plus size and normal. they have shoes bags skincare and etc I Def recommend this place 10/10 I'd come again♡♡♡

Went to exchange a bra because it had a yellow stain on it and I also got the wrong size. The manager of the store refused to let me exchange my item. She tried to me about the store policy to exchange as I'm reading the receipt of the store policy to her. (Guess she thinks I can't read the terms and conditions) When she realized she couldn't pull one over on me, she let me exchange and said she is "going against store policy" which again, is another lie. First time here and I made a mistake by wrong size and not checking quality. Won't shop here again because the manager is nasty.

Loved it! I came in looking for black skinny jeans, I asked one of the workers and she took her time to help me and very good service here, stores were clean and clothes are so cute! My to go store when i ever come to westfield mall!

This review is for the store manager not the store itself ! I love ardene, I shop here, my friends and family also. But I returned my daughters jeans because they were to big and figured I return mine too since they were in the car. Long story short I didn't have my receipt, the manager Giselle told me there was nothing she can do. All tags and stickers were still on pants. Asked if I could just get a bigger size. She said no there was nothing that she could do I should have gave my email as I'm telling her I can't give her something I don't have. Asked her was I just suppose to keep pants I can't fit and she said that's not her problem I should have gave an email. I worked in retail for ten years, I didn't want the money back I just wanted a bigger size. Then when asked for corporate number she told me find it on my own because she can't give me something she doesn't have. Well I hope this makes it to corporate. I love that store it's always good sales going on but I definitely won't be returning to the Bayshore location

I had a great experience while shopping at the store. The manager was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. She gave me great advise for clothes we picked out and I will shop there again.

Jack was very rude. Was told to come in with receipt for any exchanges. Came in with receipt and they told me I couldn’t do an exchange or return which I found weird. No explanation what so ever and told me to get lost. Was always happy coming here but I will never step foot here again.
