Waited 3 and a half hours for an oil change which I had an appointment for. I don’t understand how it could take so long because I had to “wait for the line”. But I had an appointment? Why is there a line with appointment. Only reason I stayed was because it was the last free one with my lease agreement. Please figure out a better system for service especially for those with appointment.

Atlantic Honda’s service department is top notch. They are extremely efficient with appointments and scheduling, the mechanics are excellent and the prices are fair. We’ve been long time customers there and they stand behind their work. Thank you to David and all the others for making us feel valued and keeping our Honda running tip top.

My last visit with Atlantic Honda was rather pleasant. They took care of a recall on my vehicle for me and now I feel safer knowing they corrected the issue. The wait was pretty extensive but it was well worth it. Thanks!!

From the moment I pulled in to the service area everyone treated nicely and politely. After checking my car I went to the waiting area where my service manager came out explained everything that was going on. Later on when I return to pick up my car always done very well, I once again the service manager explained everything in a clear concise manner. Everything went smoothly and well.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with salesman Michael Lajara at Atlantic Honda. I have leased a car at this location in the past and just like my past experience they did not disappoint. The level of customer service I received from Michael was phenomenal. He was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, calm, not pushy at all which I love, and helped me pick the right car for me and my family. I had a great experience with Honda with my recent service. My service personnel was David Schweitzer and he was great. As soon as I exited my car and saw his smile when I walked through the door I knew I was in good hands. He has assisted me before and is always very kind and knowledgeable. I know we can't always have the same service person but I seek him out each time because I know I will get honest answers and will be assured of any of my concerns. Thank you David for making my visit effortless and worry-free. I truly appreciate you.

I had to buy a car due to an uninsured driver crashing into my parked Honda CRV! I called around to get prices, and they were about the same in all the dealerships, above market value. Atlantic Honda told me that their price included the destination fee, so I went there. I worked with Joey, who was professional, kind, and funny. He got me through a 2 hour nightmare with my insurance company, and got me out the door in a new CRV that day! It was a very positive experience! Everyone that I dealt with at Atlantic was friendly and helpful! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and purchase another vehicle in the future.

Alright so I went in looking for a 23 crv in all black a week before thanksgiving. Had none in black in stock, told me I'll get a call last week of the month when deliveries come in. Its now Dec 1, and I had to call my sales rep to ask if they came in. Got me to come in just to tell me the black crv I wanted was just sold, wth. Flag 1. Purchased 2 cars and 1 of them had "extra keys" included for an extra 600$. When I brought this up, I was told it was included in the price. Weird because my mom's didn't have this charge or included. Bought 2 crv's and what I got "included" is replacement keys. Wife went to acura, bought a rdx and a mdx, left with all weather car mats FOR BOTH. Well, moms car only had 1 key on purchase, which is weird also, where the hell did the second key go? Lol. After being promised that I'd receive it in a week, a month and a half later, still no key. Told my sales rep about the key to see the status, threw me for a loop when he told me this was the first time he heard about the key. Whats the joke here. Swore I was in good hands. No incentives here, they just try to make it feel like they went above and beyond. Came back to align the car, and had to come back twice because they aligned the car as a completely different model. The professionalism in this place is lacking. I had to come back and waste another 2 hours for the car to get aligned. After sharing my frustration with kasandra the service advisor, she got upset after I told her about the online coupon telling me I needed to present it before hand. I told the manager all this and the fact that I will share my experience because they walk all over people that don't know anything about cars, she got mad at me and told me karmas a bitch. The professionalism is absolutely freshmen high school level. If you need any further convincing to stay away, check their bbb page. Thanks guys for wasting 4 hours of my life because your alignment guy can't select the right vehicle. You guys can try to argue with me that I'm wrong but I didn't do anything here but try to find out why this happened and if I can apply a 25$ coupon. Overall bought a car here because I needed one. Will never buy a car, bring a car here, or recommend anyone to service a car here.

Make yourself a favor and don't waste your time trying to deal with this ppl, "Managers" are so rude, I was making a "deal" with one of the managers and because I wasn't agreed of what he offered me, he literally told me "thank you" shaked my hand and throw me a pencil and then he left, and I know you're going to read this too (ask Carlos Garcia for who I'm referring to), what kind of manager does this to their customers? he doesn't know there is this type of media to share our experiences? and not only him, all managers are like that. They want to make good reputation, start treating your customers like they deserve. For people reading this, please don't visit this dealer, and if you go, watch for "hidden fees" they charge you, if don't believe me, go and see for yourself. And good luck!

This is the best Honda service dept I have been to. Great service, quick and very friendly. Service advisor Q kept my boyfriend and I updated. We had previously brought the car to a different dealer and had a horrible experience. We had an unfinished claim and Atlantic Honda were patient to wait for us to get an answer from corporate (while we still had a loaner) and got the claim done the same day. They treated us fairly even though we did not buy the car there. They always picked up the phone and were able to answer all my questions. From now on we will only service our car there. Thank you for the amazing work!

Had an appointment for 11:30am to perform recalibration for my 2022 Honda Pilot, which I’m paying $440. Told me it will take 2-2.5 hours. 3 hours have gone by with no update text or phone call. I had to text them to find out if there were any updates. Once they responded, it was to say that they were not ready. So I replied, how much longer? Their reply was that my car was next for the technician. What??? It’s been over 3 hours and no one has even looked at it?! So I ask the service manager when is it going to be done? He tells me that it will definitely be done by the end of the day. I told him that if I was told it was going to take all day, despite the fact that I had an appointment, I would have scheduled it another day. And what is the purpose of an appointment if it is going to take all day. It seems to be the “simplest” job for them to just complete and move onto bigger jobs. I know that Atlantic Honda is big on getting great surveys but this one really does not deserve one. It’s the worst experience I’ve had here and is unacceptable.

The entire service experience was A+. The service itself was completed in a timely manner. The amenities such as coffee offered along with a comped manicure was very good. To top it off my car was washed. The entire staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure dealing with Atlantic Honda.

Starting off with stating that both of my two visits here were wonderful. Not only was I treated with great hospitality, I was also given helpful advice and extra information of what to expect after my purchase. I made a great choice by visiting this dealership.
