Very helpful and professional staff especially Ahmad and David. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. We will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from them as well as recommending them to others in the market for a new vehicle. Unlike other dealers, the sale and additional purchases were not pushed on us. Simon, the manager came over to personally introduce himself as well as help to make an already pleasant experience even better. Victor is financing was very knowledgeable and we felt comfortable throughout the entire process.

Took Advantage of a Vulnerable Person – Deeply Disappointed this dealership is dishonest!! Buyer Beware
I am extremely disappointed with the way this dealership treated my loved one. They knowingly took advantage of someone who is mentally ill and unable to fully understand complex financial decisions. Instead of offering honest guidance and fair treatment, they pushed through a deal that was clearly not in the buyer’s best interest.with my nieces mental state at the time they literally robbed her of thousands of dollars.
No one—especially someone living with a mental health condition—should be exploited for profit. Ethical business practices mean protecting vulnerable individuals, not preying on them. I strongly urge management to review this situation, make it right, and ensure safeguards are in place so this never happens again.
Until then, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone who expects fairness, compassion, or integrity. Please be aware of a manager named J who refuses to even give her the paperwork she signed. What’s to hide if this was an honest deal!
Exploiting mentally ill people is a crime and a crime has been committed at this location.

i got my first car from henry months ago unfortunately i totaled the car, got another one and same thing. henry had my back and am proud to say iv gotten 3 cars here with him and would never see anyone else EVER

Service department is horrible. I brought my car from them in 2021 i only go to them to get my car Serviced. I brought a new battery less than a yr ago and it no good. I call for an appointment first they tell me they can give me an appointment then i speak to Service advisor tell him my problem. He tells me he cant look at it nor does he ask me to come in to get a loaner. He gives me an app for Monday. Which is two days away. I call back to see if i can get a loaner. They advise me to leave a message and wait fir a call back. I been waiting over 2 hr. Everytime i have to come in for Serviceit always a problem. I suggest buying a car from them by find another nissan to go to for services.

I recently visited this Nissan dealership to speak with the General Manager, who identified himself only as “Jay.” I was there to discuss a serious issue involving my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport, which I had mistakenly returned while experiencing a mental health crisis and in a state of psychosis. I am now under medical care and was simply seeking help to resolve the situation or recover my car.
Instead of being treated with professionalism or basic respect, the General Manager was extremely rude, refused to provide his full name, and told me to leave or he would call the police, even though I was calm and trying to explain my situation. When I asked for copies of my documents or any paperwork related to my car, he refused to provide them.
This experience was deeply upsetting and disappointing. I expected understanding, or at least respectful communication, from a business of this level, which I have supported for years. I hope management and corporate leadership review how this matter was handled and take steps to improve how customers, especially those with medical circumstances, are treated in the future.

I am finally getting the pathfinder I wanted for a good amount of time, all thanks to Henry never giving up and working very hard and tirelessly to make sure I got what I wanted. I want to thank Henry and Nissan of Bayshore a million times over for helping me get my pathfinder !

I had some apprehensions before going to this please. But, after getting there, I realized my apprehensions were unfounded. Trust me.
The staff were welcoming and the place is one of, if not, the best dealership around the Bay Shore area.
Steven Macias was awesome. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions; walked me through the requirements and explained what help was available to me. To cut a long story short, Steve ensured I got the best customer service and drove off in a neat and comfortable car ?.
Mr. Danny, the manager was extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you Sir, you are the best.
If you live in the Bay Shore area, or close to the area, and in need of a vehicle, I recommend The Bay Shore Nissan. And when you get there, just ask for Steve. I promise you will leave the place satisfied..

Super shady dealer. Do not go off the prices on their website. Totally misleading. Before driving to the dealership, I called to confirm the price on their website for a used car was the same whether I paid cash or used their financing. The person I spoke with on the phone said yes, and I asked her to double check because I had a long drive to their dealership. She then confirmed the online price applied regardless of whether I paid cash or financed, and even suggested that I might pay a lower price because of special deals the dealer was offering as the month was ending and Labor Day was approaching. While test driving the car, I explained clearly to the salesperson (Ahmed) that I would only buy the car if I could pay all cash (because I did not want the financing), and he never mentioned that the cash price would be higher than the advertised price. It was only when I said I'd take the car and the salesman started the paperwork that he said the "cash price" would $4,000 higher than the price they advertised on their website. When I got up to leave, he asked what I was willing to pay and I proposed a price that was $1,000 over the original website price. He asked if he could write it up at that price and take my credit card to show his manager I was serious. When the manager refused my offer, it took 10 minutes of arguing before they finally agreed to give back my credit card. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time going to this dealer because they use every dirty trick in the book. I ended up buying a car from another dealer that very same day and had none of this monkey business.

Bought a car today from Jacob. He was wonderful. Very friendly, not pushy, let me test drive the car going over all the important aspects of the car in a way that was clearly understood. Very happy with my experience.

Zero integrity tried telling my 89 year old mother she needed brakes in her car with 19k miles on it .
