“After being referred by family members of the impeccable they do, I couldn't feel more comfortable in using this shop for my current repairs needed. As someone who has only been in three accidents in my lifetime, I had no idea of the head spinning process of insurance claims, adjusters, rent a car booking, etc. The owner personally sat down with me and helped make all the appropriate calls, claims, and car reservations while explaining each part of the process very simply so I was able to understand and follow the process. An accident can be very upsetting and frustrating but the ownership/staff of Pit Stop Automotive has made this particular experience minimally stressful.
