“After being referred by family members of the impeccable they do, I couldn't feel more comfortable in using this shop for my current repairs needed. As someone who has only been in three accidents in my lifetime, I had no idea of the head spinning process of insurance claims, adjusters, rent a car booking, etc. The owner personally sat down with me and helped make all the appropriate calls, claims, and car reservations while explaining each part of the process very simply so I was able to understand and follow the process. An accident can be very upsetting and frustrating but the ownership/staff of Pit Stop Automotive has made this particular experience minimally stressful. “When I need parts I go here. There are other places in town but you have to make several trips to get the right parts. Not Advance auto. Always the right stuff the first time. Recently I needed a relay for my motorcycle. The other place didn't even want to search the part number. Went to Advance and they had it because it's used on cars too and it was $20 instead of $65 from a motorcycle shop.”
