I’ve been in to see Jim on several occasions for my 2020 GT 500. This particular visit was for the installation of a Whipple Supercharger, custom tune and Dyno. “I cannot recommend this shop enough. I originally came in for an oil change and new shocks, but during the inspection they discovered a much larger issue with my Jeep. Instead of selling me expensive repairs, they took the time to investigate the root cause and discovered that my vehicle qualified for a Chrysler warranty extension and had outstanding manufacturer recalls. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, provided me with copies of the manufacturer documentation, and even coordinated having my vehicle taken to the dealership so the repairs covered by Chrysler could be completed. They could have easily charged me for repairs that wouldn't have addressed the underlying problem, but instead they chose honesty and did what was best for me. They charged me only for the work they actually performed and the tow, which I greatly appreciated. Their prices are fair, their communication is outstanding, and their customer service is second to none. They don't just fix cars they take the time to educate you so you understand exactly what's going on with your vehicle. Honest mechanics are hard to find, and this shop has earned a customer for life. I actually live out of state, and I will gladly make the drive back for future service.
