This is the most unprofessional bank I have ever been to in my life. No one greeted us, ok no problem I know it can get busy. No one came up so my husband went to the teller. We made an appt for 3:30pm. My husband waited online to request assistance. The teller said she would tell the Notary. I go back to the teller after waiting and then the teller says you have a notary waiting for you.We sit down and in less than a minute she says with an attitude how many documents is it. She was like well I’m with another customer so I’ll come back later. Ok so let me get this right? My husband just saw you when he went to the teller counting money with a manager. So do you have another customer or just trying to hurry up and get out of work? Also if you were with a customer are you saying the bank doubled book? We make an appointment and we wait over 15 minutes and then she says you just got here and she has to go within a minute. Bank of America has to do better. I know times are hard hiring quality staff but they are a representative of your business and tarnishing it.

This breach is the worst when I mean the worst the worst I wish I didn’t have to give that 1star I would never come back to this branche they treat you like dirt under their shoes the female manager is worst the only nice person that’s was trying to help me was Katia I believe she’s haitian she was the only human being in there after that all of them are very nasty and rude

I do my best to have a great experience wherever I go, but this review will not be good at all. I have visited this location several times and opened my bank account here as well. The customer service sucks. Horrible. Closed down the bank. Let's start off with the fact that I have gone to this location 3 times asking for assistance regarding my account and I got brushed off. 3 times... I walked into the bank on 2/24/22 and I was greeted properly with no problem afterward is where the problem was. I'm on my lunch break even though it's an hour had a quick question regarding something weird I saw posted on my account. The greeter escorted me to a representative who was seating in the office doing nothing so I had a seat and waited. The greeter informed the office rep that I was waiting. Then after about ten minutes she comes out of the office and says I had to wait. Then a manager comes over asks for my card takes it to the front scans my card and says ok another representative will be with me in a few minutes. This guy/ rep was already helping someone else. So I'm now confused saying to myself why wouldn't either one of these representatives or manager assist me. I'm on lunch. Needless to say, the rep and the manager go to the front and just start talking to one another having a personal conversation leaving me just sitting there waiting on this guy who is already helping someone else. The question is how come they could not assist me. This is not the first time this happen to me at this bank. Unbelievable. I spent 45 minutes waiting so there goes my lunch break. I just walked out. SMH. Great customer service nowadays you cant find. I hope someone with higher authority sees this post and calls me because it's disgusting the way I have been treated. I'm pulling all my money out and going elsewhere for better service.

Poor service. I was the third person on the line at this location and the bank teller just kept talking with the first person that was at the window. I was online for about 5 minutes before the first person left. The second person went up and the bank teller and that person were talking like they were old buddies. When I go to a bank and know that there are people behind me I try to make it as quick as possible. I had to walk out because I was waiting for over 20 minutes just to get to the teller. That is 20 minutes of my 45 minute lunch break. Please when you are a new branch right off of a busy road please make it as quick as possible. Will not be coming back here again.
