“I am a patron of four leaf credit union in King kullen in Bayshore. I have struggled for the last couple of years with my bank account borrow from Peter to pay Paul and then Paul’s payment doesn’t clear at the right time and it bounces. you could say I was a chronic bouncer. My husband had been sick for the last three years so he had to stop working. I was already out with MS so you could imagine the struggle. May 2 my husband passed away and with the Life insurance I received I’ve been afforded the ability to pay off all my creditors. I was acutely aware that carrying this financial burden, I would not be able to afford a place in my own. I also have to move. When I went to FourLeaf, my teller was Stephen Landini, he was kind and explained where I could put my money and acrew interest and put some in my regular checking account to pay these bills. The thing is when I was trying to pay off my creditors they were reluctant to let me do so. But Steven was there to help me work through the complications with my creditors. And when he was out, Samantha Sanchez stepped in and was just as kind and understanding. You can imagine The emotional roller coaster I’ve been on. I can honestly say Steven and Samantha eased My anxiety, put me at ease, and walk me through every step. All the tellers at FourLeaf in BayShore King Kullen are kind and courteous, and have always been willing to assist me with what I might need. Stephen Landini and Samantha Sanchez are exceptional representatives for FourLeaf credit union.”

“It’s a very nice bank and very convenient to get to. The only downside is there’s never enough tellers and always a line. You have to get there when they open and pray people aren’t waiting. Don’t forget that they cater to the window before people inside so you’re better doing that. I’m actually writing this in line while people walk around and help the window first….. very nice staff”

“Although the "1-800 number" told me that the branch close to me would have tellers available, they were wrong and the branch was closed. I bank at a few banks but could not find anything that was available on a Saturday. I went to the location at the MacArthur airport where another customer told me that the Bay Shore branch had employees working on a Saturday. I arrived, waited on line (moved fast) and explained my situation to a teller. He was not interested in assisting me and was quite short. I did not like his attitude and chose to speak with the representative at the lobby desk. I met with Fanny Mendez and she was outstanding. Fanny was patient, kind, helpful, and her main goal was to offer excellent customer service (unlike the teller that I originally met with.) A company should want people to brag about them and I am comfortable bragging about Fanny. She should train people on how to treat the clients that bank with you. She spent so much time with me and although I could not take care of what I intended to (no fault of hers,) I am glad to have met her and worked with her. I believe in providing both negative and positive reviews and I would have given a "5" but the teller had a poor approach to customer service. Thank you, Fanny. I hope you all stay safe and healthy.”

“The branch is always been good to me. Most of the people there are very helpful and friendly. Im surprised to see so many negative reviews. I do wish there was more branch locations though. Seems bay shore is the only local one.”
