“Best branch around. Extremely kind and friendly and professional and helpful. Daniela, Rajaa, and all others (sorry I don’t know everyone’s name yet!) but, all are fantastic. We have a personal and business account with Chase and coming to this branch is always a bright spot in usually very chaotic days. Thank you to all staff for being so lovely”

“A huge thank you to Stacy! Her exceptional customer service truly stands out - she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address my concerns. Stacy should be a manager because she took ownership of my issue and was able to resolve it for me, unlike her actual manager that dialed a number for me, made me sit in the office on hold for 30 min just for it to be a wrong department. Thank you again Stacey for all your help. I greatly appreciate it.”

“Very fast easy process can't wait to get my reader and start charging my customers that way instead of using unreliable apps that tend to freeze or flag your accounts and hold your money.”

“I have been banking at Four Leaf Credit Union for 10+ years. I feel like I am family when i walk in. Everyone greets me, knows who I am and help me with all of my personal and business needs. The manager Kurt recently helped me with something and as usual took care of the issue by asking a few questions , getting the info necessary and finishing up the task. By the time I sat in the waiting area, I was standing back up to go into his office. As usual Kurt was friendly, knowledgeable and got me on my way quickly!”

“It has been an outstanding mortgage experience with this bank. I Started with Gus and Rosemarie carried it through to the finish line effortlessly. These are consummate pros and I am glad I worked with them. No praise is small enough for how this bank conducts itself through the process. In the end you are working with people such as Rosemarie who know their stuff and bring a sense of integrity and professionalism. They care...and they are precise and focussed in their approach.”

“I called teachers because the day before I had made a deposit and hadn’t remembered what I did with my remainder of the cash.honestly I thought I had dropped it on the floor at the bank and just walked away. So Marci at the bank helped me out so much where she checked the cameras and was able to give me every detail of every move I made and told me where my cash was. Marci thank you for going over and beyond I know this specific task was not part of your job but you made an effort to try to help a long time customer and you succeeded. You made me a very satisfied customer and someone I can trust. Thank you again Marci I can always count on you. Norma”

“The Commack branch has raised the bar significantly on client service!!! Specifically Peter, sorry don’t know his last name. I go to this branch (NOT the closest to my home) to work with this amazing young professional. Highly knowledgeable, so efficient & pleasant. Peter occasionally calls us to see there is anything he can assist me with. What bank does THAT??!! Thank you Peter.”

“I have only good things to say about the service I've received from Henry Schein. The Henry Schein company has assigned me a rep who actually answers her phone and makes sure that the orders go through smoothly and accurately (Thanks Patti M!). I've been pleased with their selection of medical supplies and the attention to detail. The customer service is outstanding. The website could be improved a little, but the great human-to-human interaction more than makes up for some slight website clunkiness. On the whole, I'm impressed.”

“I have used Dominick and his team for multiple projects over the past few years and they never disappoint. His team is friendly, professional and dedicated to getting the job done. Most recently Hope CB helped me remodel a rental home that was very outdated. Dominick came in assessed the project and the next day got to work. After the project was completed I showed my friends and family the finished product and they were even more impressed than me. Hope CB is a great company and what I love the most is that Dominick ensures we are happy, even post project, which is rare among contractors.”
