I can't stand the greeter checking your destination in the store.. Also the you must have an appointment. When you call to make an appointment you can't get through. Supposedly you can speak to the GEEK Squad for online help. You can't get through!

Never Best Buy. I bought one laptop $600 dollars and now it’s showing 299. It was a gift and the person saying oh you got it 300. Avoid Best Buy. Return policy sucks

Horrible I was on the phone trying to speak to a manager or supervisor for almost an hour they were horrible to my son in the store would never shop there again… We went to Apple Store they were amazing! If you’re looking to buy a computer it isn’t worth the $100 you will save there.

At first glance, this is certainly just the usual branch operation. But even a branch of a solid electronics retail chain lives and dies by its staff. In this case, "Best Buy" was really, really good.I went in there with two specific requests (USB - USB connection cable) and a Blutooth speaker from "Bose". The staff were really attentive, very friendly and competent, at least in my case. All questions clarified, the products I was looking for there... so I was able to continue my journey. - So here in this store, always very, very happy to come back.--------------------------------------At first glance it's probably just the usual branch operation. Looked around a total disaster of phone cases for 10 minutes. Not a single person asked if Ineeded assistance but it's ok they were laughing and talking about football.More money for Amazon ....
