“This dress store and everyone in it were absolutely amazing. This seamstress was an absolute doll and a sweetheart, and the owner. Diana deserves an award for being so kind, generous and sincere. We will never shop for a special occasion in any other store. Besides this particular one they made my daughters Shopping very special and she felt extremely beautiful in the dress she chose. I really can’t say enough nice things about everybody we came in contact with but mainly the seamstress and Diana because that’s who we dealt with the most. “I did not purchase my wedding dress here (although the shop has beautiful gowns and I wish I did shop here). But I wanted to share my experience with the staff. As a bride to be, only a few days out from my wedding, I found issues with my gown which was purchased in NYC and with limited time could not return to the shop of the initial purchase. I came here to village bridal looking for any help I could get. Julita and additional staff took the time out of their very busy day to help troubleshoot my bridal dress mishaps. They quite literally gave me advice that fixed my bridal gown problems and saved me from my very worrisome issues. I could not be more thankful and grateful to them. Their communication and accommodations for me were more than I could have asked for. I’m so grateful I walked into this shop as my last ditch effort for help. I highly recommend wedding dress shopping here as I know the staff will go above and beyond to make each and every bride feel and look as special as they should on their big day.”
