This has been my third experience with the Service Department since I bought my beautiful 2022 Lincoln Corsair at Bright Bay Lincoln. The sales experience was wonderful, but I must say that the SERVICE experience has been just PERFECT ! Both times I made and appointment on-line, and expected to wait for hours....but I was wrong ! DARRIN, my service advisor took me immediately, and I was in and out in less than an hour ! No problems, no drama, no unnecessary up-selling ! Darrin showed care and respect, and I must thank him ! THANK YOU !

I came for a routine oil change it was easy to register and even though I ran late they still serviced my car. Their beautiful reception area was clean, new Mazda models on display and I was beyond impressed I received a video from my mechanic showing a step by step walk thru of my car. I would definitely recommend this location.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and had a GREAT experience. The model I was interested in was in high demand but we agreed on an acceptable price. Negotiations were polite and respectful. I was given a fair value for my trade. Henry was my salesperson. He generously offered multiple test drives (one with him, another with my wife - in the car by ourselves so we could really evaluate the car). I felt that he was straight-up and honest as we went through the purchase process. He expertly took care of all the tasks that are required when you trade-in and purchase a new vehicle. The pickup process was very pleasant - Manny in finance did a great job - no surprise 'extra charges' or tricks. I felt like my business was important to them. The final price and financing costs for the new vehicle were as we agreed. I was offered additional products but was NOT pressured to purchase them. Henry helped me connect my phone to the new car and familiarized me with the features of my new car. An EXCELLENT delivery experience! After the purchase, I contacted Henry regarding some personal items that I left in my trade. He responded immediately and addressed my request. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Last week my wife and I had visited many car dealerships until we found this one, we spoke to Tom and he was straight forward honest and transparent he answered every question sent us emails which guaranteed what he said in writing. When we met at his dealership he was super pleasant and delivered everything as he had promised!!! In two hours we drove out with our new CX5! Which we love! I recommend Tom all the way and this fine dealership and I use to hate car salesman but not him!!! He beat everyone else's pricing!!! Thank you Tom michael and Monika.

I love my new CX-5 Henry was absolutely wonderful. I was getting ripped off by a lot of dealerships while shopping around for a new lease. However, I recommend Henry he is honest and very patient. Everyone was very nice and there were no hidden fees. I absolutely love love love my new SUV. A big thanks to Everyone at Bright Bay!

Came here cause my car been acting up from a bad oil change I received from Mavis is Deere park. Needed my car services and Bright Bay Mazda has been very professional and amazing. There service department is amazing and they helped me tremendously when my car was over heating and acting up. Glen in the service department has been amazing and thank you so much for working with me to get my car fixed ASAP. I was in a tough spot cause I couldn't drive the car and risk my engine seizing or burning out. Mazda had no loaners available, but Glen let me know they had a contract with hertz on getting customers reasonable prices on rented cars. I wasn't happy hearing I had a pay for a rental but the prices where very reasonable and I appreciate there professionalism as far as helping Me get a rental if I needed one! Car engine needed to be replaced and they fixed it in a time key manner while I was borrowing a car from a friend. It took roughly 2 weeks but it was way faster then if I took it to where I got my car from. This dealership went far and beyond to get my car fixed and again I didn't get my lease through bright bay Mazda and they still where professional in helping me. Thank you so much bright bay Mazda and thank you to the service department for getting my car fixed. I will strictly go here for now on for any servicing of my car. Highly recommend this dealership.

My husband & I, along with our cat Scout (long story) arranged a test drive for a Mazda CX 30 the Sunday before Columbus Day. Manny was very accommodating & friendly. We loved the car & was motivated to pursue a lease deal, our very first one. We had done our research but Manny was helpful in navigating through all the options to achieve the best fit for our needs. By sheer luck they had very recently rolled into the showroom the very car we decided on. Despite the loss of Monday to start the purchase of insurance etc. due the Columbus Day holiday we were able to get everything in order to actually drive our new home Friday. All thanks to Manny, Lou, the detailing/prep guys & our insurance broker. Everyone worked affirmatively, patiently & professionally as a team & we couldn't be happier.Happy to be a part of the Bright Bay family, a very promising beginning!

I went to Bright Bay after being disappointed by so many other places. I look young so people don't always take me seriously but.. Manny did! I'm so grateful he helped me with my car search. I wasn't sure what I wanted beyond an SUV and he helped me walk through all features of the cx5 and Mazda 3. Helped me narrow down my decision, we went on test drives in both and discussed pricing and options. He was informative, professional and for the first time, my car buying experience was a good one - Thanks Manny!

We stopped in to see the Mazda CX3 as my wife car is twenty six years old.Every twenty six years I buy her a new car. We met Manny and I made it clear I sold cars for ten years and I wanted a good deal,which to me is the dealer makes money and I don't pay to much money. In twenty six years I will go back and see Manny!

I cannot thank Tom and Lou enough for their help during the process of buying my new (to me!) Mazda3! It was such an easy and painless process - even during this uneasy time of quarantine. Tom answered all of my questions with ease and Lou helped me get the best financing options I could. I felt so at ease here and after shopping around before going there, I was feeling very discouraged. I'm so thankful for them taking the time and energy to make this a painless purchase. Yesterday i purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 after about a week of going to multiple Mazda dealerships, i have to say, the customer service here was amazing. Everyone here was super polite from the moment we walked in the door till the moment we left. Manny, who assisted me multiple times after i came back each time, was very patience in showing me every car i wanted to see to making sure it met my needs. He was super informative and went above and beyond! He gave us a great deal and even after being there for hours and hours, went out and got me & my mother pizza (which in no way he had to do). The service was so amazing that now my mom will be going back to purchase a vehicle from Manny soon. After all the paper work was signed, Manny still stuck around to answer any and ALL my questions about the technology in the car. Bright bay, you have an amazing dealer working for you. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Mazda.
