The worst attitudes ever, I walk in waiting behind a man who’s already arguing with them about how THEY. Are rude. I asked okay can I maybe order a card pulls the door shut in my face and says call. U wonder why you have the rating u do.

I kind of wish I would of looked at the reviews before coming to this branch My tellers name was Deb and she had such a nasty attitude it’s 930a and you just opened how do you start your day like this. They act like they’re not accustomed to handling a large sum of money it wasn’t like I didn’t separate it and then complaining and making comments the whole time while providing “customer service “ like I’m thinking maybe I know this lady from somewhere from the amount of unprofessionalism and attitude she was giving. I’m not about to give my hard earned money to an establishment who doesn’t have an employee culture of professional and customer service. Super disappointed horrible first impression!

ATM outside took forever so I went inside. The machine ate 112$ and closed without me being able to take it out

This is the slowest bank on the planet. And they need to close the ATM that's in the same lane as the drive-thru when the drive-thru teller is open because you sit there waiting for people to do ATM transactions and can't get to the drive-thru teller. Then when you do finally get up to the drive-thru teller it takes forever. I don't know what high finance people are engaging in at this branch but there's no such thing as a fast transaction

Went to deposit some cash, the atm glitched out, it kept saying to grab my cash but the atm cash door stayed closed. It “retained” my cash and now I have to file a claim to see if they’ll return my money.

They helps me out a lot, answer all my question and walk me through my phone where I should go, I don’t know that much about banks so they really did help.
